Madden Demo Available 07/23/09

That's this Thursday 5MIN full game SB repeat CARDS/STEELERS offline, available to gamestop customers prepaid orders for Madden with as little as $5 down qualifies you.

XBOX GOLD customers will also 7/23 be able to get the regular demo a week early not the gamestop exclusivee. Cowboy/Eagles in the snow, it's 1 or 2 minute quarters, I see conflicting reports on this.

The public will be able to dl the demo thru PSN or xbox live a week later cowboys/eagles in the snow 1or2 min quarters.

i just got my dl code to dl madden on thursday, it doesnt work yet, lol, geeked looks great this year!

yea im worried cuz i tried it early as well, I read the card it said nothing about dont try it early or it may get voided.

I just ordered a copy of it from Gamestop and they emailed my demo code to me instantly! I hope it works over here in the UK.

It's gonna cost me $64.99 including International shipping which works out to be a little cheaper than buying it here, unless Customs decide to Tax me!

I may cancel my order after I've downloaded the demo just to be on the safe side.

BTW it says in my email that if you try to redeem the code before 9pm EST on the 23rd it may void your code!
I hope for your case they're wrong.

uk fan, how did u become a ravens fan, transplant? i live in california and I have no team and fell in love with the ravens since the sb run, and have been following the site, team, draft from start to finish, and paying out he ****** for direct tv package every year, stupid me. i went to my first ravens game in sf geez was that 1 seasons ago, one of the best days in my life loved it, my buddy has season tickets in the nosebleeds in candlestick and knows these corporate seats that are never taken directly behind visitor bench. met a fan(their son) and his family from new zealand also seeing their first ravens game ever, there son wasn't drunk but he was yelling at sf and I thought he was gonna brawl, he thought he was at a rugby match i think, lol.

u have to go to the store theyll give u arave card with a code. You go to psn store and top right enter code...done.

When my cousin preordered it they accidentally came him a pack of the code cards instead of one. So I got one without preordering

in the giants and cowboys demo that was released the other day you actually had to stay in the pocket to pass which i was ecstatic about. however it may have been the giants outstanding oline but it was still next to impossible to generate a pass rush without sending 5+ guys

Yeah this game still has lots of problems
I like Pro Tak but there is one thing I hate about it. If There is an animation where there are about 3 guys on the running back and he is trying to break out of it every other player stands still so if you get out of the tackle its to the house every time. That really annoys me.

Also the running animations are pathetic and look robotic.
On running plays the offensive line does a horrid job blocking. Very pleased sliders are back so we can perfect it our self

The defense has lots of problems. Play recognition still does jack all and Ed and Ray both look like they are in no mans land and make bad reads. There is a serious press coverage bug that hopefully they will fix.

The 3-4 NT doesn't get doubled all the time which is annoying as it makes 3-4 defenses hard to use. It's still impossible to get to the QB but the CPU is in your face after 3 seconds. Hopefully sliders can fix that as well.

There still isn't enough options when rushing the passer IMO. [b]If i want to use a rip move I should have to pull of a combination of things to execute it instead of hoping you get past when pressing R1 and you might want a rip but ends up a swim.

Those are a few of the problems with the game still, hopefully EA works on them next year instead of giving the game a facelift.

Also Franchise mode needs to be improved once more. Lots of improvement on it this year but it needs way more help. It would be great if it could be like Head Coach 09

Madden has improved this year but it still has lots of problems that doesn't make it a true representation of the NFL

Also it annoys me how they say things then don't follow through. IE they said that we can edit everything in franchise mode then they say just a few days ago that we cant edit - height, weight, hair, tattoos, age and other things. Its annoying how they lie to us all the time.

This year im just not excited for madden because they never follow through with what they say. Sure they did okay for a years work. But IMO if Madden 11 isn't the real deal they may as well give up because they can't make an authentic looking football game.

i never had a problem running the ball in the demo with either teams, but i agree its next to impossible to generate a pass rush without sending 5 guys. The 3-4 NT thing is something that always bothered me in 09, because it was like well then whats the advantages of having a 320+ pound lane clogger if one guy can contain him. I was hoping that was going to be fixed this year.

Yup took me about 5 minutes of trying to use the bumpers before I figured that out. I actually like using the hit stick a bit better.
