Question About Seating

5 posts in this topic

Planning on coming to M&T next week for soccer game. I can get mid field upper level, field level endzone, or Sideline field level. I know sideline field level would be the best but they cost alot more. Question is how would the endzone or the upper deck be? Thanks for any help.

I sit in the endzone for football and love my seats, I do not know how that translates to soccer

What is "best" is all a matter of personal preference. I can not STAND sideline seats. Yes, I can afford them, so I'm not just some bitter person who is angry that they cost more than other seats. I love being in the endzone, getting to see the scores up close. It's true that when the ball or action is at the other end you will be gazing all the way down the other side of the field, but when it's on your side then you will have an amazing view.

And for soccer especially... I would want to be near one of the two goals. Even if one team completely dominates the entire game, they switch goals at halftime so you will at least get all the action in your end of the field for one half.

WE attended the soccer game lastnight and were in the lower section. What would have been very good seats turned
out to be a huge letdown due to the fans and lack of any security on the M & T field. In our little corner, about 12-15 people chose to stand the entire game. I spoke to security and she told me, "They are soccer fans, that is what they do." I asked her to come up and at least tell them to sit down. She reluctantly walked up but never said a word, just wrote on her clipboard. My children will be watching the game on DVR today since they were unable to see any of it live. I would never chose to attend
this stadium again.

You joined the RAVENS forums just to complain that soccer fans stand during the game? What does that have to do with the Ravens?
