My friend who set up our league could not wait so we just did our draft...I drafted a kicker from the Colts who I already dropped and am waiting on "waivers" for my new kicker til Wednesday haha. I ended up not knowing a lot of players once most of the supposid "top picks" were gone so I ended up with more Ravens then I had planned...but we shall see. Heres what I have...

Quarterbacks
T Brady
J Flacco (R)

Running Backs
B Jacobs
T Jones
J Charles (R)
R Rice (R)

Wide Recievers
C Ochocinco
D Mason
W Welker
S Smith (R)

Tight Ends
Z Miller
T Heap (R)

Kicker
will pick somebody up on Wednesday when I can

Defense
Ravens

Any input or opinions would be appreciated :)

how many players at each position do you play every week?

NFL.com (which is what our league is through) has it set up as -
QB
2 Running Backs
3 Wide Recievers
1 Tight End
1 Kicker
Defense

Pretty solid team.
Is that Carolina WR Steve Smith you are going to be benching to start? If so, I would suggest starting him before Mason. Analysts predict him as having a very good year and in the top 5 fantasy WR's in many of the mock drafts Ive seen. Ocho was a huge bust for me last year but with Housh gone he may get a lot more looks and is said to be back in top shape.
Another tip, when the Ravens bye is approaching, begin looking for a favorable defensive matchup so you can bench the Ravens D and start whoever you pick up. By then you should see who you are comfortable placing on waivers in order to free up a rooster spot. I actually like having a couple players I use as floaters in free agency and get lucky with some sleeper players often.

Its actually Steven Smith of the NYG. I ended up with some players I wasn't familiar with and he was one of them.

Looks decent, keep an eye on some of the rookies in camp. Thomas Jones did great last year and should be a fantasy MONSTER this year with the Jets lack of quarterback. I'll be looking to draft him myself. I'm not to sold on your recievers so you may want to look deeper into who's available. Gonzalez from IND. gets overlooked and should have a solid season as a #2 dont forget to look at the NFC sometimes us AFC fans overlook.

We did our draft early, too, and I ended up with Peyton Manning. I didn't like
my second QB, so I went to the FA list and Flacco was there! I immediately added him and dropped the other QB.
I was even more jazzed that my first DST is the Ravens!

Now to tweak the rest of the lineup.
