Question Regarding My Controlls

Everytime i try to edit my controlls such as my sig or avatar, it says i am not allowed to use this feature, im sure it says it somewhere on this board how to do it, but i cant seem to find it. Thanks in advance.

You can not edit your profile until you're an established poster with 25 posts. This helps us weed out the drug and porno pushers.
