Rentals In Bmore County?

7 posts in this topic

So currently I live in Virginia Beach for school, and we are looking to move back to Baltimore county. I'm originally from Baltimore city, so I was wondering if anybody from the county can help.

So, if anybody knows anybody who's trying to rent a place out, or knows a good Realtor who deals with rental properties, or knows a good place to look for them let me know.We are looking for a 3 + bedroom, fenced yard, allows dogs, and preferably a single family home. Here are the areas I'm looking to move to, it will feel weird moving back and not living the city.

White Marsh
Parkville
Rosedale
Essex
Middle River
Dundalk
Overlea
Carney
Lutherville
Timonium
Owings miills
Upperco
Perry Hall
Reisterstown
Fallston

There area few homes for rent in my area. I live near Prettyboy Reservoir, but all up and down middletown road there are rental listings. Check out Parkton, or even the Hereford area.

Scroll to the bottom and pretty much every town in Maryland is there.

There's also a place in Owings Mills called Brookside Commons. They rent townhomes.

Or if you want to live in the city I have a house up for rent. City row home, $160,000 renovation project, fenced in front yard and back yard with privacy fence, 3 bedroom, 4 levels, great neighborhood, block away from Union Square park, great neighbors, no crime since I've been there, block over has million dollar town homes. Everything in/outside the house is brand new (heated bathroom floors, marble throughout the home, hardwood in first 3 floors, chefs kitchen with marble, etc, etc, etc. :P
