How Do We Rank In Our Own Division

100 posts in this topic

In my opinion, Cincy isn't a better team that the Ravens. However, they beat the Ravens today and have beaten Pittsburgh so they are the best in division. The Ravens have yet to play Pittsburgh so both teams have to be considered tied for the 2nd best in the division.

It's interesting to see most, if not all, of the Steelers tough games are at home and their easier games are on the road. Their only tough road games are against us and the Broncos...

And in the other North, Cutler will choke away a playoff shot again, and the Vikings will take that division because really, who's more veteran than their quaterback. The Patriots will go to the Super Bowl because nothing ever changes in the NFL. I don't know why I still tune in.

We watch, because "any given Sunday..."

Look when happened today...

I don't see the Pats in the superbowl this year...
If its not someone from AFC North, I see the Colts or Jets

NFC - Id say its between Vikings, Saints and Giants

Browns found a way to win their game off of 22 passing yards. They're looking pretty dangerous.

 :D

He was 2 of 17 yesterday - and, he's better than their 1st round draft pick, Brady Quinn...

Poor Cleveland.

I would take that win right now over the loss to the bengals. :34853_brickwall:

I know your comment was tongue in cheek... But:

I'd rather be the fan of a talented team, that lost to a team you'd normally beat... than the fan of a horrible team, that beat another horrible team.

I was perusing the Browns' forum this morning, after their magnificent 6-3 win. Needless to say, they're not a happy bunch. One poster said, on DA: "2 for 17, for a 4 QB rating? Who does that?"

We lost, but Cleveland has problems... ;)

Yeah, barely beating a horrible team will come back to haunt you. Look at the Redskins vs Rams game (which was prior to the Redskins vs Lions atrocity).

Of course, losing to a perenial bottom feeder like the Bungles is not walk in the [s]park[/s] jungle either. :(
