Who Do You Think Is Roger Goodell's Favorite Team?

17 posts in this topic

Ive always wanted to know who Roger Goodell's favorite team is. And also who announcers and analysts favorite teams are. My guess for Roger Goodell is New England. And i think Shannon Sharpe likes the Ravens but thats pretty much the only one who has hinted at it.
What do you think??

Oh, and Bill Cowher is pretty obvious.

Dukes is a cowboy fan. He likes the drama apparently. Sharpe always likes the ravens and it seems to a lesser degree the team he won his first rings with, the Broncos

I think what might have won him over is the almost life-size oil painting of Shannon sharpe in our facility, whereas the broncos' facility doesn't even have a picture of him (or not even of that size i assume) in their facility.

Rod Woodson is such a homer to them <_<

Yeah, Dilfer hates the Ravens. He should love us; we basically got him a ring inspite of himself.

I think Goodell is a Pats fan. Dilfer def. not a Ravens fan. He hates us because we got rid of him.

I always thought of Sharpe as kind of a bandwagon fan. He likes the Ravens and Broncos when they are doing well but he will bash them mercilessly when they are not doing well.

Woodson is a Steelers fan [which makes sense because he played for them for many years and they are doing well], but I think he likes the Ravens, too. I've seen him give them their due sometimes.

I'm ready for Dilfer to say bad things about the Ravens, but maybe because he hasn't been as bad as I expect, he comes off okay. Like I said, that might only be because I expect him to be more bitter.

I think the majority of announcers are just a bunch of band-wagoners, whoever's on top at the moment, or appears to
have the momentum even in a game is who they're for.

lol that's kinda what they have to do, they cannot show consistant favoritism towards any team, although some way or another they can hint it out. but yea if they are bashing a team that is playing good, then we would know that he doesn't like that team or likes the other team, hence showing favoritism. (if that makes any sense  )
