There is flood control on PM's to prevent users sending repeated PM's one after another. It was implemented to as an anti-spam measure.

Can you make it so that you just can't send PMs to more than one person per 5 minutes? I think most of the time, people are just Personal Messaging one person at a time, and I doubt a spammer would just send porn or whatever to one member, so I think that'd be the best way for everyone.

Or create a posting limit. Kind of like how people with less then 25 posts cant vote on polls. Make it so that people with less then a certain amount of posts cant use the personal message system.

Yeah but there's still a 5 minute freeze before you can send another PM after you've sent one.
