Well training camp is in Westminster, MD at McDaniel College. I live 2 minutes away from there, i would generally say go on a weekday when a lot of people are working, it can get pretty busy on weekends when people are off work. It starts early, i usually go about 8 or 9 and if you want to get autographs you will have to stay till it ends at about 12.

As for eating what type of place are you looking to eat, Fast Food? or a sit down kind of place?

Me to! Stuff is def. not expensive around here and we have lots of local sports bars that are awesome to go to when the ravens are in town. I'd say that the morning is the best time to go, usually all the players practice and some skip the afternoon.. its also way more crowded in the afternoon then in the morning(probablly because people are working) also.. try to go the first or second week. The last training camp days are usually the most crowded.

There is only one buffet i know of and thats the china buffet in the Westminster Mall. Another place thats pretty affordable is Harry's Main Street Grill. They have good hotdogs and they are pretty cheap.

I too live pretty close to McDaniel College and go to training camp. I have noticed that the first few days is when the majority of the players sign autographs. I guess after a couple weeks they get sick of it ( cant blame them though). Trust me though, there is still a lot of players that do sign stuff the whole time. Also, you gotta be careful of the days you go because sometimes they only have like the special teams players practicing. If your gonna make the trip I'm sure you want to see everyone. And like everybody else said, there is plenty of places to eat and drink ( the majority of the places around to sit down are priced pretty fair, and of course there are plenty of fast food places around as well). I have heard before of some of the players going to Buffalo Wild Wings after practice and hanging out there for the night.

One final note....with the way the team played and finished last year, I expect the first day of camp to be packed. I know I'll be there!

Bullock's Country Family Restaurant has a lunch buffet at their airport location, not too far from camp. They have the world's best fried chicken. It could make the Colonel cry for shame.

Bullocks at the airport has been gone for years. I know they are still open at the other location, but not sure about the buffet thing.

If you want to, you can bring in food to training camp, just as long as its not alcoholic beverages. I just get a sub at Subway and a drink and eat there. The Ravens are going to add additional picnic tables to training camp at McDaniel College as well as a Senior Citizen-Handicapped autograph area.

Don't forget Baugher's - very homey. You can also buy fresh fruit and veggies there. And if you like applesauce, they have the best. [I like a good applesauce, can you tell? :D ] I like Bullock's, too, but the location on Route 32 is probably too far from the college for a quick meal. Great salad bar, though. There are a couple of places along Main Street, too. After that, most of the places on Route 140 are chain restaurants/eateries.

Where's their other location? Maybe that's the one I'm thinking of. I don't think it's been THAT many years since I ate there. Do they still have awesome fried chicken?

Bullocks is off of 32 right by where it intersects 97 you have to head towards Deer Park on 32 and Bullocks is on the right.
