Snork coke? Interesting. Also Cocaine is more of mental addiction because it is one of the only drugs that don't show withdrawal symptoms. The main reason a team hasn't jumped on him is probably because it is not 100% clear that he won't be suspended even though reports say he won't, the NFL hasn't confirmed it.

As for the whole making friends on the team and sharing coke. They are grown ****** men, if they want cocaine, they get it. This isnt middle school, peer pressure doesn't work on grown ups...
Snort* coke. I'm glad we are mature enough to handle a misspelling. Maybe you can check all of my posts i make for spellings since your opinions are useless.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocaine_dependence Definately a mental drug. Your completely right.

Ok why would his team cut Matt Jones if his off the field problems werent an issue? You're seriously trying to justify that cocaine addicts and arrests wouldnt affect a team? This makes no sense.

Friends and teammates and family influence the way you act if you believe it or not. Matt Jones would influence more people than you think in a locker room.

Not meaning to be an argumentative ****, but there's a couple things wrong with your observations here. First, whether cocaine is physically or mentally addictive is irrelevant (for the record, it is both), the bottom line is that it is an addiction. Not to mention illegal. So the fact that Jones has a potential addiction to illegal narcotics is likely the reason no one has beaten a path to his door, not whether or not he gets a slap on the wrist from the league (Adam Jones, anyone?).
Secondly, peer pressure absolutely works on grown ups. What do you think makes Ray Lewis our "General"? It's one of the aspects of being a leader..coercing/imploring others to do your bidding (peer pressure).

If it were a game-breaking, exceptionally talented player that we were talking about, it is conceivable that a few teams would overlook all his baggage; but it's Matt Jones we're talking about. Pass.
