The official answer from BaltimoreRavens.com is:

Single game tickets will go on-sale through TicketMaster on Friday, July 17th at 10:00 a.m. by phone, online or at any TicketMaster location. The M&T Bank Stadium box office will be open beginning Monday, July 20th and will remain open throughout the season. Ravens home games are usually sold out but we invite fans to check for available tickets periodically, in the event tickets are released for sale.

If you want to buy tickets now, I suggest hitting up Ebay..Even then though I don't think you'll get the tickets until July.

You will not physically get any legit tickets, even from Ticketmaster, until July when the Ravens send them.
I'm gonna get on the minute they start selling them and get tickets to the Steelers game.
I second that! I'm saving up all the money I can so in July I can get on ticketmaster and buy tickets to the Steelers game. There's no MNF game in Baltimore this year, so Sunday Night Football against the Steelers works. I have a good feeling by the time we play the Steelers in Baltimore in November, we will be playing for the right to win the AFC North.

A lot of people have been posting tickets, usually a full season set, since last season ended. You can buy both season tickets and single game tickets on places such as EBay, StubHub, etc. right now... the only problem is that you will not be mailed the tickets until July since that is when the Ravens start mailing out the tickets to the PSL owners. So if you don't mind paying now, and waiting 2 months to get your actual tickets... then you can do that.

Buying this early has advantages and disadvantages. If either the Ravens or the Steelers end up doing really bad early on in the season... then prices will be lower and you might be able to get a better deal. If they both end up doing really good early in the season, then you'll be happy you bought way back in summer because prices are going to be CRAZY.

Just keep in mind that the teams don't even meet until the last week in November!

Usually PSL holders get the first shot at buying single game tickets a week or so before the general public. They are limited to 2 tickets per game and two games per account. Whats left goes on sale to the public in July. Ticketmaster has a 2 ticket limit per game in the beginning. If you don't get tickets when they go on sale in July and the Steelers game gets sold out, try Ticketmaster the thursday before the game. Sometimes the unused visting team tickets get released to the public.

The Baltimore Ravens recommend TicketsNow. They are the only authorized reseller.

I like it when rivalry games are near the end of the season...it gives me something to look forward to (not that i already don't) and will be more critical of a game, b/c the records get more and more solid each game.

but yea, i would love to get a single game ticket but i would probably just get the nosebleed seats.

PSL holders will get first crack on Single Game Tickets, but it will be in a lottery format with applications due by July 10 at 5:00. There is a limit of 2 tickets per game with a 2 game maximum.
