Boss Is A Steelers Fan

Today one of our bosses, a big Steelers fan, had to show his immaturity by referring to the Ravens as a
minor league team. I didn't respond due to not wanting to dignify his remark.

Anyone else have this type situation? I'm hoping the Ravens can reverse their fortunes
against Pitt this year.

you get one of your buddies to kneel down behind his legs, and then you push him and he inevitably falls down and then everyone laughs

What you need to do is sit down with you boss in private and tell him that the things that he says agitate you and that you think that this kind of behavior may compromise the efficiency of the organization. Listen to what he has to say and agree on a constructive process to mitigate these types of events in the future.

We were still Steelers Nation at 6-10 and few years ago and all through the 80's. We'll be fine. If you're targetting those bandwagoneers that seem to attach themselves to the winning team each year, then I'm with you. Hopefully though, their bandwagon ways will find them right back in Steeler Nation come February 2010.

that is exactally who I am talking about. I have lived in this area close enough to all my life. NEVER have I seen more steeler fans than I have the past year. Up at least 700%

If you were a steelers fan when they sucked and had a loosing season then you will always be a steeler fan.

I'm experiencing the same thing where I live. In Northern VA, it's always been strictly Redskins territory, but suddenly everyone has Pittsburgh Steelers on their license plates.
I know that this too shall pass. By the time the season starts, people will have been inundated with "Brady's back" and they'll jump on the Pats bandwagon or they'll believe this year is finally Dallas's year and jump on the Cowgirls bandwagon and everything will be back to normal.

my girlfriend is a ravens fan......she and my best friend are from maryland

when she insults the steelers i just banter back with her.......its a good rivalry
