I'm trying to edit my signature and profile info and error message reads: You are not allowed to use this part of the board

If I can't use this part of the board, the I'll never be able to edit profile info...any tips on how to correct this issue?

You can not edit your profile until you're an established poster. Right now you're still in Group "New". This helps us weed out the drug and porno pushers.
