Favorite Rivalries

I know we all love (or love to hate) the Ravens/Steelers rivalry, but what is your second favorite rivalry?

I choose DC vs Dallas, but that's a homer pick.

Redskins vs. Cowboys is pretty much dead now. U dont hear anyone talk about it anymore. when is the last time they actually had a really good game??

I voted for more than one, though I also enjoy watching the Redskins-Giants and Redskins-Eagles games.

I think the reason its much less interesting now is because it doesn't seem like there are many (if any) of the players from either teams "glory years" when their rivalry was hot. I think the rivalry is still there with the fans, but not the actual teams as much. I think it is when two teams are as evenly matched (such as we are with Pitt) that the rivalries are so intense. I do want to add though, I sure will miss watching Bart Scott in his purple, up against Pittsburgh. It won't be the same to me, without him.

I live in Northern VA and I can assure you that Cowboys/Redskins is still very much talked about.

I know a lot of Skins fans...they talk about it when a game is coming up but you don't hear them talk as much as you used to. Before the 08 season all I heard was how great the Skins were in comparison to the Ravens...my how this off season talk is different from last...

I picked everyone against the Cowboys and Pats because those teams are SO easy to dislike. And the Lions vs the World. I couldn't care less about the Lions but there is just something about an 0-16 team being the ultimate underdog.... I just want to see them win one game.

I tend to agree...Id like to see the Lions do better this year. But Im not convinced Stafford is Detroit's answer.

Yea im in the middle of Redskins country(what a nightmare!!!! no offense Darklight) and they dont talk about it as much as a great rivalry should be talked about. Meanwhile, im jawwing at Steelers fans every day!

I live in New York and i think Giants vs Cowboys is a bigger rivalry than Giants vs Jets.. Giants vs Cowboys is my favorite rivalry aside from us and pitt..
