I'm not too sure if the team will able to replicate it's success from last year but I'm sure they will be able to make the play-offs. I would love to see a win over the Stellers though. I'm going to say 10-6.

I'll be cautiously optimistic and say 11-5 with losses to the Steelers, Colts, [s]referees[/s] Patriots, and maybe Bears or Vikings.

We have a much easier schedule this year and improved our team in every position minus linebacker(which is an easy position to build someone for this organization), so I'm willing to say we'll go 12-4, with one loss to the Steelers, a loss to the Patriots, a loss to the Colts, and a wildcard loss to an unknown team bound to bust out this season(No not the Vikings, Bears, or Broncos...).

Losing to the Colts again would be truly painful.

Yep. Hopefully Flacco has figured out how to crack the Cover 2. I always see teams destroying the Colts with and without Bob Sanders and yet the Ravens seem to barely score 20 whenever they play them.

Hopefully. Bruce Cunningham was talking about this on his show. He said how Harbaugh might have the set the bar too high for this upcoming season. All I want to see is consistency. The team has had a habit of winning one year and underachieving the next. That needs to change if they want to challenge teams like the Steelers and Colts.

10-6, with losses to Patriots, Colts, Steelers, Chargers, Bears and Packers

No analysis or explanation, just wild guesses

10-6.. I don't know but I don't think we'll match our record. Losing Scott will hurt us more then we think

I say that we beat Indy this year! With Harrison out the picture, I feel this is our time to shine on the Colts!

Guys, Im from Australia, Im still learning a lot about the game as last season was my first following the mighty ravens,

But why is everyone assuming that we will lose to the Colts? I know they have had our number the last few seasons, but surely now thier players are past their hey day, and with dungy gone, this should be the season we turn the tables.

Last season was my first too; we're in the same boat.

I think that we will lose to Indy not because we merely lost to them, but because we were destroyed by them. They apparantly have always wiped the turf with us and one player probably won't be enough to make a huge difference. Rmember we did not lose to them by a field goal, or a touchdown. Our defense allowed 30 points (I think), and they kept us to 0 points. One season is not enough for their players to grow old and feeble, on the contrary, I've heard that Peyton Manning is expected to do much better than last year.
Hope springs eternal and I'd love to see the Ravens finally give Indy the smackdown, but I'm not holding my breath.

I don't see us looseing to the colts again. Harrison is the one who constantly beat our D and with him out of the picture, Manning has to grow a relationship with another WR. I see us shutting down the colts this year.

14-2 losing to NE and PIT once
We just double wayne and who else do they have, i trust out other CB.
Harrison alwasys torched us and we dont have to worry bout him anymore

Its just respect that we go 1-1 with the burgh, just how it goes
And NE is a team that is loaded with weapons and gets brady back with a younger better defense
We will need to score lots of points to win that one

I am looking forward to this season a lot and have already starting scouting for the 2010 NFL Draft so lets get this season started already

Week 1: vs. Kansas City, 1 p.m. Win
Week 2: at San Diego, 4:15 p.m. Maybe
Week 3: vs. Cleveland, 1 p.m. Win
Week 4: at New England, 1 p.m. Loss
Week 5: vs. Cincinnati, 1 p.m. Win
Week 6: at Minnesota, 1 p.m. Maybe
Week 7: BYE
Week 8: vs. Denver, 1 p.m. Win
Week 9: at Cincinnati, 1 p.m. Win
Week 10: at Cleveland, 8:30 p.m. Win
Week 11: vs. Indianapolis, 1 p.m. Maybe
Week 12: vs. Pittsburgh, 8:20 p.m. Maybe
Week 13: at Green Bay, 8:30 p.m. Maybe
Week 14: vs. Detroit, 1 p.m. Win
Week 15: vs. Chicago, 1 p.m. Maybe
Week 16: at Pittsburgh, 1 p.m. Loss
Week 17: at Oakland, 4:15 p.m. Win

I think an early season match up against a presumably healthy Chargers team on the road will be tough. If we split the tough games favorably, we go 11-5 and probably a wild card berth. If we do not split the tough games favorably we could easily go 9-7 and miss the playoffs entirely. So I'm predicting middle ground at 10-6 and hopefully a wild card.

But Harrison also hasnt signed with anyone yet.. Its still a huge possibility for him to return to the Colts.. Even without Harrison, they have Reggie Wayne, Anthony Gonzalez, and we even have to watch out for Donald Brown and Joseph Addai.. They've still got a high powered offense without him and knowing Peyton manning, it wouldnt surprise me if he found another way around our defense..
