Kia, would it help if these people posted a link with the video and/or picture that they're requesting?

I'm not really familiar with how you run this service, but people are just referencing a picture when it seems like they'd save you some time by finding their images/videos themselves.

Again, I really don't know if that would help, but considering all that you're doing for them, a link wouldn't be asking too much. . .

I searched for almost an hour for it but no luck, thats why I said he might be familiar with that picture it was from this past season, he might have a special site he goes to with all Ravens pictures I dont know

heya, if you're still taking requests it'd be awesome if you could make me a siggy, you're work is pretty damn good from what I see lol.

I was thinking maybe a pic of Ray Rice either stiff-arming someones face off or having his hand in the dirt to keep himself upright while busting a big play, im not sure which would look better in the end, and dont really have any pics to reference for ya, sorry :/
