ive been to one of these events, and they are awesome.
ive also been to training camp, and they are better.
why spend money one meeting one player, where you can meet multiple players for free, see them perform, and simply chill out on a summer morning? ive gotten ray lewis, ed reed, ex-raven bart scott, demetrius williams, dawan landry, antwan barnes, grubbs, and more signatures. heck, i got most of 'em all in one day! seriously, if you like seeing our ravens perform on a summer morning and want multiple autographs, training camp is the place to go, of course only imo.

What a lot of people don't realize is that the stores have to pay the athlete to be there. The store takes their cut and then has to pay the player for their time...it also pays for the photos or whatever else they have there for the players to sign for the fans who buy the tickets. Although I do understand how people could complain about it.

i was in that store about a week or two ago and the owner told me that ed reed is donating all procepts (however u spell it) to his charity

Yeah, because they are SOOO busy in the off-season. If they are coming there, they should do it for free. Their fat paycheck and the money from the jerseys should be enough for one signing.

Lots of money right? Some one is making money from some one elses signature. I recon the person doing the signing should get some of that coin right?

I have more than a few signatures that I have payed good money for.
