Comcast sucks anyway! When I had Comcast one week I came home after being out of town and sat down to watch NFL Net. and the Channel was out. The next day the channel was out, then in Monday I finally read the damn TV screen, come to find out the channel was not out I just had to subscribe to the sports package to get the NFL Net.. I was pissssssssssssssssssssssssssed.

Yeah... if you have Verizon available in your area then I highly recommend dropping Comcast immediately, even if you do have a contract with them. Verizon is just so much better with their updated cables, and the internet is just uncomparable. Comcast can't touch Verizon FIOS. I haven't ever had DirectTV or any other satellite service so I can't comment on them. But I know that Sunday Ticket is a feature that I wish I had, but they extended it's exclusivity again so I won't have it. Grrr.

I can't wait until they master this new 3D-television technology. Can you imagine how sick that would be on Sundays?

I'd prefer to stick with comcast if they keep NFLN. I swore years ago i'd never own another verizon product after spending countless hours on the phone with cust support for both internet and phone service over the years. worst cust support company ever

As for customer support... does ANY company have good marks in that? Okay, I guess I shouldn't say ANY company... but Comcast isn't any better than Verizon. You still sit on the phone for hours on hold, and that's if you ever make it past the automated menus that don't really answer ANY of your questions.

"Yeah, uh, can I get an order of wide receivers with extra offensive linemen on the side? Hold the primadonnas and give me a little bit of elbow grease with that, please. And what's your special on linebackers and defensive linemen?" ;)

I like my Basic Cable with the addition of a couple HD channels. I get CBS, NBC, and FOX in HD, so that's all I need for game sunday.
