The problems with draft grades is there is a partial gamble on problem players and how a player will fit into a playing scheme.

At the time the Bengals and Vikes had great players...on paper.

I know that lol. He always mentions Kiper as one of the best when he's asked what other draft analysts are good out there, but I still believe he's better. I think it's also funny to mention that he has very little respect for McShay.

Well, to be fair. McShay isn't really a veteran, and has no background as to prove he should be taken seriously. I know Mel is about the same, but he's been doing it forever. WITH THE SAME HAIR!!!!!
