Just wondering whether any other starting or 2nd string QB had receiving yards last season. And not on a broken play.

i think kansas city had a play that it happened, where a wr (mike bradley i think) threw to whoever was their starting qb (it was either thigpen or coyle i believe)

Tyler Thigpen caught a 37-yard TD. I don't know about anyone else though.

Didnt Troy catch a pass from Flacco during the Jaguar game? Or was that considered a running play?

No it was the Jaguars game but I dont think it was a catch because it was behind the los.

i remember they tried that flacco to Smith pass against the texans but Smith dropped it and i was waiting the rest of the season to see when they would try it again lol

Yeah, it wasnt one of Flacco's better throws. If I remember correctly, Smith had to go reach down low to grab it but I think he started looking to run before he actually had control of it.

yeah, and the entire left side of the field was empty with plenty of room for Troy to scamper. Mixture of a poor toss and someone getting a bit too excited to run
