He says Ray Rice is one of our better picks? I think he was one of the biggest wastes of a pick. He's a downgrade from the other 2 running backs on the team, and he is pretty much exactly the same as the guy we let go in order to draft Rice(Corey Ross). He's just a more expensive version of him with his round 2 draft status.
....what? Ray Rice is a really good play-maker, whether he's rushing or receiving.

He just for some reason doesn't get enough touches.

The Ravens draft better than the majority of teams in the league. Pro Bowls don't mean much of anything anymore.

this is the same guy that said going into the playoffs last year we'd only beat one playoff team in the regular season (dolphins/eagles).. im not too worried about what these analysts say about Oz and his staff.. it is what it is.. we were in the top 4 last year and i honestly feel we have better personell this year already, so we'll just wait and see what these "C-" players can do

Foxsports are full of homers, dont even get me started on the network...

Anyway, this is no different to last year when nobody picked us and just like then it doesnt mean anything. Any team can have their day.

C is about right for the Ravens.
I think that's being kind of generous too. Ravens have hit good on a lot of players like Suggs and Ngata. But their are a lot more misses than most teams in the league. Look at the 2004 draft for example. Ravens might as well not even have showed up. Ravens have been good with their first round picks outside Boller and Clayton. Have struggled a lot in rounds 2 3 and 4 and picked up some nice role players in the later rounds.

Try to compare what they have done to what the Giants have.

2003: William Joseph, Osi Umenyiora, Visante Schiancoe, David Diehl (5), Frank Walker, David Tyree
2004: Eli Manning, Chris Snee, Reggie Torbor, Gibril Wilson (5)
2005: Corey Webster, Justin Tuck (3), Brandon Jacobs (4)
2006: Mathias Kiwanuka, Sinorice Moss, Gerris Wilkinson, Barry Cofield (4), Guy Whimper
2007: Aaron Ross, Steve Smith, Jay Alford, Zak DeOssie, Kevin Boss (5), Michael Johnson, Ahmad Bradshaw (7)
2008: Kenny Phillips, Terrell Thomas, Mario Manningham, Bryan Kehl, Andre Woodson

Giants do really good at finding value throughout the entire draft. David Diehl and Gibril Wilson in the 5th round. That's crazy. Of course Gibril is gone but he was important to that secondary during the Super Bowl run.

Ravens mostly pick up role players late. Nothing wrong with that but it's nice when you have players like Diehl, Wilson, Jacobs, Tuck, turning into elite players in the league.

2006 is the worst draft here but still some production. Kiwanuka kept the Giants in the loop for a while last year with Osi down. Cofield is still young and has been a consistent starter. You can laugh that I put Woodson on their but he has been important on the practice squad. Can't take those guys for granted. When you have decent talent even on the practice squad your team is gonna be prepared.

Oh and that's right.....your man Ray Lewis got shaked baked sauteed and rebaked by a seventh round pick in Bradshaw

Compare that draft record to Ravens since then and tell me what grade you come up with.

That's funny.

The Ravens have never had a beast #1 receiver and the Giants will still probably find another one
before the Ravens do.

And who cares about Shockey?
He was overrated and the Giants ripped the Saints off for a 2nd & 5th. What did he do for them last year?

Giants with 10 picks.
2 seconds and 2 thirds.
A move will probably happen for Edwards or Boldin when it comes down to it.
Either that or they will move up in the first round and get the guy they want.
With that many picks and that much talent on the roster don't be suprised to see Giants pull something blockbuster to get to
the top of the draft.

I'm not one to get baited, but this is where gloating gets you:

I don't know if you noticed but I made a logical post before that and somebody
responded with something stupid and I had to make a point. Thanks.

That's fine. But as a fan of an opposing team, and especially as someone who doesn't post here regularly, you would do well to be as respectful as possible (sometimes, even more than necessary), even if someone isn't being respectful towards you. In other words, don't get baited.

That way, you're not in the wrong in any way, shape, or form (even if you're just defending your team), and arguments don't start that get everyone involved in trouble. Think of it as being a guest in someone else's house; you wouldn't say anything inflammatory to incense the family hosting you, would you?
