Contact the NFL

fax your letter to: 212-681-7575, or mail it to;

Roger Goodell

Commissioner

National Football League

New York, NY 10017

or call the NFL at 212-450-2000 and ask for the Commissioners' office.

The only problem with that, is some calls are subjective....like pass interference...alot of minor intereference is never called and let slide and doesnt effect the game, but obviously in this case it made a major difference. What one ref saw has PI, another ref might say it wasnt and let them play thru it. Its kinda like they say there is holding every play but never called. So if you start reviewing penalties, a coach could throw a flag at anytime during the game and say review for holding!

yes you only get 2 reviews, but coaches could save them to end of the game wait for a critical play, IE a huge td pass, throw the flag and say review for holding and it gets called back.

just my opinion.

I think definitely calls should be able to be taken back as result of replay review. I agree with you about the holding call because if there is a TD catch they will be looking for any player breaking the rules of the game. If would work fine but I'm not sure if any play would go through because is there even a play where everything done is legal, maybe.

Of course it would have to be conclusive evidence. I've seen four games where such effected the results of a game. In 05' against the Lions they were calling ridiculous calls, Last year against the Bengals we interfered with Housemazela's (w/e) pass to cost them the game, against the colts Ed Reed never stepped out of bounds cost a possible defense TD/better field position, and Monday with the false PI call on Heap.

We can't dwell on the past, we lost and it wasn't because of the ref it was becuase of Billick's play calling.
