Man that game hurt to watch :(. Last year Samari was taking heat for getting beat often. The Bengals only got us on 1 long ball all night (39yds.). I thought he was back on his game. I saw him all over the field and around the ball on alot of plays. Overall I think our secondary did an awesome job against Cinci. They have the tools for the big play...

yeah Rolle was layin' suckas out all game long. and he along with the rest of trhe secondary obviously did very well against a strong offense. Landry vs CJ is a mismatch and it was taken advantage of but Landry still played well.

there was a alot of hits in that game, which made me say "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" or "Ouch!!!!!!!!" out loud, the Ravens Defense is making a statement

I wouldn't say that because Landry wasn't playing man to man. Landry was caught off guard because he was play for support. It was an isolated incident.

Especially the hit Ed Reed laid out.

Im fairly sure that was the Bengals intent going into that play. Their offense likes to create mismatches just like our defense. Landry still played well the rest of the game but in that situation, wether he was caught off guard or not, there was a mismatch.

Usually intentions like that don't work on the Ravens, our defense is so complex and hard to read. Landry was on the oppose side of the ball when the ball was thrown, that would have been hard to recover from. I don't know if the player was as mismatched as much as the play.

Well Palmer isn't too terrible at picking out our defense. he didnt do very good (compared to what we've seen him do against other defenses) i know but every once in a while he makes it big. his qb rating isn't consistently over 100 against us for nothing. he doesnt always get what hes expecting but if he DOES guess right then bam he knows where to put it.
