If we did make it to the Super Bowl this past season, we would have been the home team. Do you think Harbs would have told the guys they earned the right to go in Pitch Black?

He's not the only one.. I LOVE our all white uni's.. The all black looks nice, but I think the all white looks better..

The normal uniforms no matter the color are fine , but I don't like the pitch black much, I would actually prefer the black jersey with the white pants as the primary, this past year was the first time it was worn by the Ravens. It looks better since the color of the helmet is black. Whatever.........

I don't know the actual record but since the all black was brought out for night games (primetime) vs good teams I would suspect that the record is .500 or less.
Kinda of like notre dame they break out the green jerseys for games against top rivals so their record in them is crap.

Thanks PSU for reminding me of how bad those green uniforms kill my other fave team.
I remember the ND-USC game at ND when Quinn and that offense was unstoppable and they decided to wear the green
jerseys. As soon as i saw them i screamed NOOOOOOOOOO! at the tv as i knew we would lose in them.

I don't like the white on black or the black on white, they got old for me real quick. I prefer our purple over the mixs black. And the all blacks for special occassionals.

Harbs took a step back in marketability with the jersey scheme. I hope he listens to the fans, he doesn't seem hard headed so we just have to make it a pressing issue.

It doesn't really matter what uniforms we are wearing, just matters how the guys wearing them play. That said, the only ones that we have I do NOT like are the all white road unis. Definitely liked the black pants with the white jerseys as the road unis a lot better this past year.

I think the all black uni's are the best uniforms... they look so intimidating and what a sight to see them run through the tunnel in their all blacks.... its like an army on its way out to battle... don't get me wrong I love all of our uniforms but IMO the all blacks are the way to go any day of the week

Its a proven fact that all black give a slight psychological edge, Harbaugh just doesnt like em. Maybe he thinks its not classy enough.

One word, "INTIMIDATION". Color is a huge psychological deterrent. Why not use every aspect of the game, to win games. A herd of Black Stallions running at you is more intimidating than a herd of white Polar Bears!!! I say we "black out" for all home games.

Yes, color does have a psycological effect, but it also affects the referees. I think I saw an article years ago where referees throw more flags against teams wearing all black - and we don't need more flags.

Black is a naturally thinning color. Look it up online. That's why you'll see men/women who are "heavier" wearing black tops when they go out to clubs, etc.

And PS: I LOVE the black uniforms.
