So, Mark Teixeria (a Baltimore Naitive) went to the Yankees and said that he grew up a Yankees fan and always wanted to wear Pin-Stripes

Well Lets let out all that distaste on opening day :]

yeah they offered him one. But the Yankees offered him what they always offer players. The entire bank.
He could have at least been a bit more respectful to Baltimore though, I heard he even said he wore Yankee hats to Oriole games. Talk about a cold slap in the groin.

The Boo Texiera Song is my new favorite song in the universe. I hope Texiera breaks his leg on his first at-bat swing at strike 3 and he can be a 180 million dollar bench warmer. "I've always been a Yankees fan..." screw you dude, you have officially been disowned by the state of Maryland.

I work a block away from the stadiums, and it looks like the Tex booing will have to wait another day. Pouring cats and dogs out there now. It may clear up...
in the post game interview he said he loved coming here and watching the O's too....lmao
I think the only thing worse than saying he was a Yankee fan growing up after signing that ridiculous contract, was for him to backtrack like that and try to save face.

There's no turning back now. He should expect to come back "home" anytime soon or risk getting booed in public.

You could tell that they really got to him with the booing. He played like crap. I didnt turn it on until like the bottome of the 7th but even that late in the game, every time he came up to bat, you could hear the boos loud and clear on the TV.

Oh and I forgot how Danny Baez made him look like a fool swinging at a nasty pitch out of the zone for strike 3.
