I tend to disagree.

Even though this news was expected, I'm still ecstatic. Landry was great in his rookie season, and he didn't hit too badly of a sophomore slump (other than maybe a handful of touchdowns for which I remember him getting beat on, the most "memorable" being that OT TD against the then-winless Dolphins)

Good to have him back.

Can't wait to see Dawan healthy and back. Hard hitter and good hustle, he should provide us with some much needed physicality in our secondary.

i didnt think about that, if we can draft vontae davis and make him press the WR and landry over the top will be getting heaps of picks, then no one will throw against us and no one can run so it will be a lot of 3 and outs

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Im pretty sure it was my man crush Reed that got beat on the OT dolphins TD.

Anyway, Landry is beast so I'm glad to have him back on the Ravens.

I still don't like that our two starting safeties have neck issues and probably will never be able to tackle the same way again (especially Reeeeeeeeeeed).

Hopefully now people will realize how good Dawan is/was and how Leonhard doesn't really compare. Jim is good and all but Landry was a steal in the 5th round.

Agreed. But I do think most people realized that Leonhard didn't compare, even though he did fill in nicely

Both have their postives and negatives. Landry is more physical, he can help out in stopping the run- if we need it and he's a great tackler. Leonhard is a very smart football player and he has a nose for the ball.

I would say Landry has a decent nose for the ball as well, just go back to the 06 season where I believe he recorded 5 or 6 interceptions including 1 for a touch down.
