I know most of us must be thinking of Derrick Mason, but think again...with his recent complaints of wanting a new contract, between now and april anything can happen. Also, as it wasn't a factor for him before, but playing WR in your late 30's doesn't look like a good future. Plus, now Joe Flacco is more accustomed to the offense and as we've seen later in the season, he's eyed on clayton (with success) and tried some other targets as well. So, who do you guys think will give the best impact to the ravens' offense this up-and-coming year? also explain your choice. I realize there are alot of options, but that's why if u explain that would b awesome. B)

I said Mason because he is the veteran guy out there who Joe knows he can trust to consistently get open and catch the ball. Most WR's drafted dont have a big impact until their 3rd year. I think Mason will still be here. I also think that he will lead the team in receptions as well as receptions for 1st downs.

yea ima actually go with the draft pick...some draft pick WR's have made a good impact in their first NFL season, and with a mentor like mason, you never know.

Gotta agree with you, I think this is that year where Mark Clayton breaks out and goes over 1,000 Yards

I can only hope that all this talk about us needing a big play WR can light a fire under Clayton's ******

I voted Clayton. He has the potential, and as the season progressed he and Flacco began to become more comfortable with how each other played.

Next year Flacco will only have more experience, and confidence, and better vision.

Things can only get better!

I know draft picks are hit or miss, but I feel like if we can get that explosive guy in Round 1 (i.e. D H-B), EVERYONE will be better....

Demetrius Wiliams, unless whoever we pick up in the draft really produces. When he was thrown to last season, he hauled it in.

Note that that last one he hauled in was the only significant catch of his career thus far

this is mark clayton's year! we will probably address wide receiver in the draft this year, so mark clayton needs to step it up and become a consistent/solid #2 receiver. this is the year he breaks out

I agree, i also think Heap will get back into form...
Having a Flawless Heap and 1 other Wideout plus the draft pick...They may start calling the offense ORGANIZED CHAOS!!!!!
