What the picture fails to mention is that's how he was tackled. It wasn't long before purple jerseys swarmed to Westbrook and Barnes was given credit for the tackle for a loss.

"Tackle Fail" gives it the wrong impression, while it should be more accurately called "Play Failed" or even "RB's Dignity Failed"

Looks like Barnes unlocked the secret on how to inflict a painful tackle with only one hand!

How is that a failure to tackle, barnes still brought him down, he wasn't close enough to wrap up and tackle so that's how he tackled him... Ravens 36, Eagles 7 is all I've got to say.
