Not sure how I feel about this... apparently he hasn't seen much playing time with only 5 career starts since drafted in 2005....

Yet he is only 26, and has decent size at 6' and 195 lbs... Could serve to be a good backup along with Walker

Could be another Frank Walker. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The Ravens always bring in great players. It's actually prett imperssive how they are able to do it on a consistent basis. If Ozzie says Paymah is the guy, I believe it.

Depth, depth, depth. That's all it is. The only reason why this visit was announced is 'cause everything in the offseason is announced due to the lack of real news.

Even free agents signed during the regular season, no matter how minor, take visits at team headquarters for the most part.

What was Cory Ivy's 40 time? My guess 2-3 minutes, I have never seen a slower CB in my life!

this would be a good pick up because it will be cheap and provide depth. The more depth you have the more competetion you have and competetion breeds success. Adding Paymah to Washington,Foxworth,Walker,Martin,Olgesby, and any young draft pick will mean lots of battles in camp. I think adding another CB will seal the fate of Rolle and he will be released.

Also remember, no one really knew who that little kid was running around in camp with all the players. Maybe it was some kinda of contest that he won to get to practice with his favorite team. Well turns out that the little guy running around on the field was lil Jimmy Leonheart. The Bills didn't want anything to do with this guy and we got him for cheap. Look at what happened with him, 1 good year with us turned into a pretty good payday.

The Ravens seem to be really good at turning one teams trash into our treasure, and what seems to be treasure for us always turns into trash for the next team. It's funny how it all works out

I think Bart will do pretty good in NY simply because he already knows the system. I just think it will be a problem when things get tough. Bart is known to have a short fuse and that NY medai will get in his face often when things go wrong.

No matter how much u want to be a team guy, when u get paid 50 million everyone is lookin at u like the GUY. Bart wanted to be the drivers of his own defense, well now he gets the chance.

The thing is...you don't get paid 50 mil. to play "pretty good." Like people have said before, Scott is a product of our defence, which means without all of the other key players...he won't be as successful. Maybe after a year or two under the new system he could again become what he was to us, but hes no Ray Lewis.

I agree, and that is why he is no longer a Ravens. Bart was good at what he did for us in Baltimore and i'm still a big fan of his. However Ozzie was smart enough not to pay a system guy 50 Mill and i think we might be better off in the long run.

I don't think Bart will be easily replacable but he is replacable and i think we have tremendous young talent just wanting to blossom..

I def think Scott is replacable. He is just a product of a good defensive scheme. He did the smartest thing he could do and that is to follow Rex over to the Jets. i really think if he went somewhere else with a completly differnt defense he would be just you avg LB. nothing special. Not saying that he is anything special now but i think he would be more ineffective if he did not follow Rex.

I think he was referring to the statement i made about our treasure being another teams trash........

Did we just sign another former Denver CB???

Paymah, if this is true, is not too shabby. Definitely a step up from Frank Walker. He'll be a solid nickel for us.

ur another one who obviously does not watch ravens, cuz **** if u did u would realize frank walker has played very well and shows he is no.3 corner, but bringing in this boy paymah, after talking to some denver fans, they said hes an up and coming great corner if u have a coach who knows what hes doing. made me laugh... anyway frank walker jeez when he stepped in for samari in thr afc championship game it made me feel more calm, cuz i like his aggressivness and his trash talk. he loves to play bump and run. and i think paymah is going to be our contributor on Special teams

Ozzie is the man he replaced injury prone McCallister, Ivy that covered everything but receivers, an aging corner who wanted out, and potentially a special teams flub in Stone and replaced them with...

The fastest CB duo in the NFL in Washington and Foxworth (no speed drills in the offseason boys work on tackling), and solid young depth with Walker and Paymah. Ozzie does it again!
