Marshall Arrested For Disorderly Conduct

7 posts in this topic

Marshall was arrested Sunday in Atlanta and booked into the Atlanta City Jail on a disorderly conduct charge.

Details of the events leading to Marshall's arrest were not known Sunday night, but a jail supervisor told ESPN's John Barr that Marshall was involved in a fight.

Again, his fourth now, what wrong with this guy, doesn't he want to play ball or what? Now he faces eight games suspension.

It's now being reported by ESPN that the case has been dismissed and the charges have been dropped against Brandon Marshall. (ESPN.com)

Personally, I don't think there'll be a suspension since the charge has been dropped, and if there is, I don't think it'll be a long one. Maybe two games, tops. The thing is, even though this would make his fourth arrest since March 2006, Marshall isn't on the Pacman Jones level of stupidity just yet -- mainly because Marshall's legal issues haven't involved a gun. There was a domestic abuse charge, a DUI, and a battery charge, but other than that, nothing involving a gun, which was the key in Pacman being so heavily punished. Not only that, but the number of run-ins that Marshall has had with the law haven't even come close to the number that Pacman has had.

Therefore, Marshall should get off somewhat easy for this. He may be somewhat of a troublemaker, but nowhere on the Pacman or Chris Henry level yet.

Sure, if you want the Ravens to be the team to give him the first big payday he's been looking for since his two breakout seasons.

I heard it's going to influence a long term contract deal with the Broncos...but I think he would ask for a "little" to much lol

Marshall is such a good wide reciever. He needs to get his off the field prioreties set.
Didn't he break his arm or something last year?

Kids got a boat load of talent, they call him baby T.O. I'd take him on our team any day.
