I don't think Oz will go for Barnes, because he doesn't want to get into a bidding war with the raiders and perhaps aslo the saints.

While nothing is concrete, a source close to the situation said that the Raiders are toying with the idea of pursuing free-agent tackles Khalif Barnes of Jacksonville and Marvel Smith of Pittsburgh.

Well it seems that the saints are going with jon stinchcomb.

The Saints locked up another top free agent, agreeing to a five-year deal with right tackle Jon Stinchcomb on Saturday.

So if Oz wants a to sign a tackle, he has a shot to get kalif barnes or marvel smith. I don't think the raiders are going to take both.
