Judging by the way this years Free Agency is going, I don't know what to think will happen when Reed becomes a FA. I keep reading comments that the Ravens are going for younger players. Reed is the biggest playmaker on our team. I hope the Ravens don;t allow him to hit Free Agency when the time comes. I still don't understand why they let Ray reach FA status. Everyone keeps commenting that Ozzie has a plan. Too bad the fans don't know what that plan is!

Blind faith is not all it is cracked up to be, kash, but I guess some fans are willing to blindly pronounce 'In Oz We Trust' in the hopes that saying it over and over again will make things right. Why we couldn't pay Brown like we paid Foxworth is beyond me, and saying that I trust Oz on that one would be a lie. Perhaps Jason is right.

Ed Reed is a different type of player playing a different position. He can probably play long at FS than Ray at ILB, therefore we should have confidence to shell out whatever we have to to keep him, assuming he is still playing at the same level 3 years from now.
