I think that everyone is just so desperate to get more big names to replace the ones that are on their way out or gone.

Big names don't always pay big dividends, though. Just look at the Dallas Cowboys.

True. But on the same token, you can't buy championships these days since there's no replacement for great team chemistry.

That's not to demean Peppers as a player, by any means; it's really more in reference to people who want the Ravens to go on a spending spree every offseason.
