Don't mortgage the farm for one player. He is great but aging. Let him go i have to say :( . It is time for the youth movement.

No matter who we have had as DC, our D has been feared. The one consistent factor? Ray! the dude's a General, even if he doesn't have 120+ tackles and 5 sacks a year, HE IS THE GENERAL. He is the oil, the motivator. Not only do we need to resign him, but when he retires, he needs to be on the side lines. DC quality control, LB coach...hell, head cheer leader or water boy... just keep him there, let him do his thing and fire this team up, and all will be well. Who knows, 10 years he could be our DC. I wouldn't mind. Just keep him.
