Advances In Treating Multiple Sclerosis

So scientist believe there is a [url="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/4525873/Vitamin-D-for-pregnant-women-could-cut-MS-rates.html"]firm link between Multiple Sclerosis and vitamin D,[/url]. It has long been suspected, but it appears it has been all but confirmed. OJ Brigance has Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. I'm no doctor, but I'm assuming they are in some way related. Does anyone know if the advances in treatment in MS could possibly help OJ in his battle with ALS?
