Have you seen a Flacco press conference? That dude could spend 10 years in a Stalinist gulag and barely notice.

He's calm and collected almost to the point of apathy.

If you think Boldin is better than Fitz your crazy. Fitz is an absolute animal, and catches anything he touches. Not to mention is a total class act. But I would agree he has a way to go before he is mentioned as once of the greatest of all time, but he has the talent to make an amazing HOF run.
Look at their stats this year. On a per game basis, Boldin easily outplayed him, and he's the teams #2 WR. Not to mention that Boldin is the best wr after the catch in the NFL, and other than Hines, is the best blocking wr I've ever seen.
Not only that, but he is far, far more consistent than Fitzgerald is.
I'm not hating on Fitz, because lets be honest, you really have to be splitting hairs to say that one is better than the other. But I don't think there's any doubt at all that Boldin is a more complete player.

I would lean more towards semi retarded than buddhist monk...It's like he rolls up a fatty and hits the strobe lights b4 he takes the field. It's like he's constantly waking up. I think he gets distracted by colors easily? That might be it. Whatever it is I love it. The guy is a gamer.
Imagine if we cut everyone on "O", and got Aso, Palu, and Patrick Willis. :o :o :o Like that would ever happen <_<. I agree that we need a major upgrade.
No offense, but this isn't fantasy football. I'm just saying there is no way that would ever happen. They can keep Palamalu. I wouldn't want someone stealing Reed from us. We don't need a major up grade. We need to keep our players healthy and reload on a few positions. Get some contributors in free agency, draft some promising prospects, and continue to coach our young guys so they become the players we knew they could be. We can focus on WR and CB unlike last year where we have to focus on QB, OT, OG, C, TE, DT, NT DE, CB, S not to mention a new head coach. I have a lot of faith in our staff. If we have Ozzie, Cass, DeCasta, and Harbaugh, then my nerves are fine for next season.

i have a great feeling about next season. I think we maintain and improve our D while getting a couple of playmakers on O to compliment Joes Big arm. We have alot to be optimistic about Ravens fans!

Why are you here? Did I miss something? Did you just play the Ravens in the Superbowl? Shouldn't you be acting like a jerk on the Cardinals forum, not ours?

Or maybe just stick to your own.

ya... hes been dropping alot right in his #s as of late
i wouldent mind t.o if he kept his mouth shut and played football but thats not going to happen knowing t.o hed scar flacco for life
Ya... that would just be bad news bringing TO in to play, he would tear Flacco apart when he threw to Heap instead of him

I heard something about Fitz said he will rework his contract to keep Boldin in Arizona.... so Boldin might be outta the question for you guys... not 100% sure on that one though.

You guys can take Limas Sweed if you want lol
Don't crown him yet, but I agree he will be one of the all time greats. Definitely better then Randy Moss IMO.

DHB is very raw, I would rather see Kenny Britt or Hakeem Nicks. Unless DHB falls to the second round, I don't think we should take him.
Him and Moss are about equal except Fitz plays all the time and not when he wants to play like Moss used too

Fitzgerald is definately more complete then Boldin!!!!
Fitzgerald has better hands.
Fitzgerald runs better routes.
Fitzgerald is faster.

The only thing Boldin has on Fitzgerald is blocking ability.

I have a feeling people are only trying to say Boldin is better because they strongly believe he will be here in BMore...

yes Fitz is better than Boldin. He is the best in the league right now and very exciting to watch. Im not sure Boldin will be here in Bmore. Fitz is talking about restructuring his contract to keep Boldin in AZ

Imo Moss doesnt even beat out Andre Johnson... I had Johnson on my fantasy league and he is a ******ing beast, I believe if their is anyone in the NFL able to compete with Fitz right now... its Johnson

Also another one to watch out for is Calvin Johnson... your talking about a guy who still managed to climb the charts in TDs and yardage with one of the worst ranked QBs (Dan Orlovsky) in the NFL... throw him in with a Kurt Warner and you have one helluva ball player.

I guess the main thing is timing... are you at the right place (not Detroit lol), at the right time.

Boldin is still a beast and he even ran the ball up the middle like a RB during the season, how many WRs do that?

No doubt... he was my other reciever in FF... his ability to make plays after the catch is just amazing... I think in that aspect of the game he has Fitz beat, he should change the way he spells his name to Bull-din lol. Consider this... Boldin spends 4 games on the bench due to injuries... and ends up with 1 TD less and just under 400 total yards less than Fitz (whom played the whole season w/o missing a game) for the season

Fitz == is there number 1 receiver... meaning double coverage most of the time.. meaning number 2 receiver has more oppertunities. I bet you Boldin had way more stats in the "thrown to" section then Fitz did.

I don't know why Fitzgerald is even in this conversation, the Cards will NEVER get rid of him while he's still clearly in his prime... Boldin, with Breaston's emergence and contract demands, has become expendable, and could be had for a 2nd and 5th this year and a 3rd next year, possibly.

Well, I think Boldin is better than he played in the Post Season. I don't think he was 100 percent in any of the games. Those Hamstring Injuries can linger, and I think he hurt his shoulder during the game so maybe that limited him a bit. Fitz is a more complete Reciever as far as being able to go up and take the ball away from defenders, where Boldin is more of a guy who will run through you, over you, and past you. Great combo of speed and strength, but he's been injured a lot. Boldin fits your mold more I think than Fitz. You get Boldin and I'll be really worried playing you guys next year.

You guys are crazy. Randy Moss is the best WR in this league. Yes Fitzgerald is a beast but he's in a pass 1st offense so of course he's going to get more chances to make big plays. If you put Randy Moss on the Cardinals Fitzgerald would be the 3rd wide out on that team. Fitzgerald is not faster than Moss. Fitzgerald doesn't have better hands than Moss. Fitzgerald can not jump higher than Moss. Fitzgerald is not a better route runner than Moss. Fitzgerald is not a better WR than Moss.

Fitzgerald isn't a better WR than Anquan Boldin. He maybe a better route runner than Anquan Boldin. He may have a faster forty time than Anquan Boldin. But he is not a better WR than Anquan Boldin. His blocking isn't as dominate as Anquan Boldin. His YAC ability isn't as good as Anquan Boldin. They both have their upsides. One is fast with great hands the other is Physical with great play making ability. Doesn't mean one is outright better than the other.

Fitzgerald is a great WR but right now he's being overrated. He is great, but the latest spotlight has pumped up the Fitzgerald hype more than need be. Where was the LArry Fitgerald talk week 9? It's only bcuz the playoff spotlight has been shown on the Cardnials that all this sudden recognition has been the source of the sports medias latest talking points.

To prove my point, b4 the playoffs began Andre Johnson was the "leagues best WR". Everyone with a camera crew and a mic rode that bandwagon. Playoff time rolls around and the Texans fade off the map...Fitzgerald is now the "leagues best WR". What happen in that short period of time that made Andre Johnson obsolete in the best wr talk? B4 Brady went down Moss was the "leagues best WR". B4 the meltdown in Dallas T.O. was the "leagues best WR".

Everyone is on Fitzgerald's sack bcuz of the media's mind control over the average sports fan whose opinions are only based off of top 10 highlights and Expert Analysts latest fad setting thoughts. Keep over looking Anquan Boldin. Your loss.
Larry Fitzgerald is the best WR of all time. No joke.
Have you seen Jerry Rice, Chris Carter, Art Monk, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens and Michael Irvin? Larry has a LONG way to go before he gets to that point. He's extremely talented but don't forget he's playing alongside another Pro Bowl receiver and a potential HOF QB. Andre Johnson has almost no help in Houston and look what he does.

Ahhhhhh No! We need another play making WR! D. Mason is a play maker and let's not discount his performance this season. He could have easily shut it down with his injuries but instead he played through the pain with damn near 1 arm and was still making all the big plays. No that is a play maker! :o
