Oh, you mean all the Steeler haters are posting this? Shocking!!! There is Steeler Nation, then everyone else, like you, who the day after they run on message boards and make excuses as to why we won. Google it? Are you kidding me? Show me where someone that means something like Peter King, or Vince Carruci, or Chris Mortensen. Someone who really KNOWS what they are talking about. Not a message board thread of haters.

Your that guy. I bet you still think Santonio Holmes didn't score that game winning TD at your house? I bet you think that the Clarke hit was illegal. Your that guy. One who thinks he knows the game, but really only feels one thing, HATE toward the Steelers. I'm sorry it hurts so much man. I feel your pain, but regardless if you and all the Steeler Haters THINK it should have reviewed is not the point, which you think it is. Is if they got the call correct.
A Steelers fan talking about Steeler Haters? Where besides in this forum. It was like they were playing at Home yesterday. Everyone and their Brothers a bandwagon Steeler fan nowadays, and you cry about being hated on in message boards. News flash, your in a Ravens forum and your WRONG!

The NFL ruling is as follows:

[i]2. When a passer is holding the ball to pass it forward, any intentional movement forward of his arm starts a forward pass. If a defensive player contacts the passer or the ball after forward movement begins, and the ball leaves the passer

I think you're generalizing a few fans remarks as RAVEN FAN CODE OF HONOR, which is just false. If I were to generalize that most of the Steeler fans are always pointing to the Ravens as a dirty team what would you say?Tell me a lot of your fans don't say this and I'll call you a Liar. How is what we are saying as BALTIMORE FANS, on OUR board starting crap with Steeler fans? I'd like to ask, "if a tree falls and nobody is around to hear it, Does it make a sound? If you weren't here on baltimoreravens.com,would you see any of the banter you're claiming? Would you hear it? Please don't come on here all high and mighty about how you respect our Franchise and this and that. If the shoe was on the other foot we'd be hearing a different tune from you and YOUR fan base.

Atleast read the rules before you quote them out of context. ;)
Hey, check the pic! LAUGH! Oh, and YES that IS the Rule WHEN A PASSER IS HOLDING THE BALL IS KEY TO THE RULE BUT the player HAS TO HAVE CONTROL OF THE BALL SEEEEEE PIC! DUH! Can't wait to see you spin this one...
dude ur gonna get biased opinions from us. u got ur own biased opinions... who cares...

pitt does do a good job of making plays when they have to... they did tonight and did against us.... what leads up to those plays has been questioned but yes pitt does make those plays it is annoying
1. What does the NFL gain from having the Steelers win this game when all of America wanted the Cards to win?
High rollers and business pulling for the Steelers...

2. What do the refs have to gain from making bogus calls for Pittsburgh? Money? no don't even try that.
A fat Paycheck or a crazy punishment that may include jail time..

3. Why is it that when Pittsburgh wins a game of importance that they had it handed to them? They ever win a game that they actually, oh wow I can't believe I said this, Played well, made plays when they had to and pulled it out????
Because they don't win fairly and if you don't believe me just go ask their fans!!!!!
I also wonder why Mike Tomlin did not hold the Trophy at the end?

Look how Warner grips the ball with the back of his hand, truely amazing. He probably was about to throw Woodleys right shoulder to Boldin.

Whats your point, the ball is clearly in control, any forward movement following is an incomplete pass. Dont tell me your speculating that his hand never went forward in motion at all are you? How can you tell from a still picture. Funny.

Exactly how much further back does Warner's arm go? ;) LOL! SPIN SPIN SPIN! Whats funny is you NEED this so bad, you really NEED this. A picture is worth a thousand words, and why don't you google where the NFL Officials said it was CLEARLY out of his hands before. Like I said, find me a reputable source that even THINKS this should have been called differently then we can talk until then. It is what it is... Gotta run, enjoy yourself today. I know I will!

I don't have to prove anything to you, I'm just trying to educate you on the rule. If you don't want to learn, I can't help you then. The bottom line was did they make the right call or not. Do you want them to make the right call? OR do you want them to REVERSE it because you wanted Arizona to win? Think about that for a minute.
I would rather them make the right call and let the Arizona win...
Then the wrong call and let Steelers win...

the right call was unsportsmenlike conduct on the Cardinals...
With no review this late in game...
Are you kidding me...People can say what they want....But this leads me to believe the Fairness of the game....All season long favoritism and the love of the steelers can hand them the ring...

Yes it was Black N Gold. They don't want to hear that ya know. They have to find something to make themselves feel better. But, they need something ya know. It's called denial. I call it yet another Steeler Championship.

okay that is a good picture and without a slow framed video you will see that Woodley had his hands on Warners shoulder and bicep. As Woodley was falling down it freed up Warners forearm to deliver a forward pass. Warners "throw" didnt fall right out of his hand. The ball traveled forward indicating a forward pass. Blown call on the officials just like the Holmes ball prop thing that didnt get the 15 yard penalty that was warranted after the kick off robbing Arizona of great field position. Warner is at the 50yd line on this pass. Lets move up 15 more yards and now they are at the 35. Could have been a much different outcome

Why does it usually take a couple of minutes to review a play, and in this instance it only warranted 15 seconds. Bullcrap. The biggest game of the year was on the line. You guys are amazing. Your like the Defense attorneys for the Steelers because you knew the final moments of the game were in question. Gotta get out there and prove they won to the Ravens fans. If it werent true you wouldnt even be in here.

Enjoy yet another Controversial win.

i mean can get get one steelers fan to just admit that Holmes was using the ball as a prop for a celebration and the refs didnt call the 15yd penalty....if you are about the rules like you say you are, you can admit that they missed that call

Oh who cares.. you wanna base the World Championship off of what the guy does to celebrate the winning TD... go ahead then, he used it as a prop... have at it shark.

Being as we are on the "questionable calls topic"... you guys see that game against the Ravens and Titans... when the play clock was on 0 for about 2 seconds and they still let them snap the ball... what the heck was up with that?? That had to have been fixed

the thing is, I can admit that the clock hit zero and it should have been taken back. but can any steelers fan admit that the refs blew the prop call?

I would hope... it was pretty evident and that was about as questionable as it gets

I am a Steelers fan and I just admitted it, who cares... had an opposing teams receiver done that when he scored his TD I would NEVER EVER in a million years use that as an excuse as to why we lost the Super Bowl, thats totally ridiculous, they lost because Ben drove down and their D couldnt step up and make the stop... not because Holmes used the ball as a prop.

i mean 15yds makes a big difference, between having the ball at the AZ 40 or the Pitt 45. Having the ball at the Pitt 16 or having it at the Pitt 1. My thing is, you guys come in here and say rules are rules everything was called correctly, then why wasnt the prop called? I mean the game is done so its okay to disect it and say some things were wrong there. Just admit that much about the prop

Im not saying that the game was lost on that. im saying the refs could see an "evident" fumble on Warner without a second look but they didnt see Santonio Holmes throwing baby powder in the air? So you cant claim the refs called a good game because they didnt for either team but Pitt got alot more calls in their favor.

Why are you guys not celebrating on a Steelers website instead of the Baltimore Ravens. What is your intent for your visits here?

I was wondering the same thing....

Oh well, they "won," it's over, there will be 6 more weeks of Winter, and the Combine is in 16 days so it's time to move on
