It doesn't matter. I'm sure it was for the league minimum and if he doesn't deserve a roster spot he won't get one. It just gives him a chance to prove something.

I really like Justin Harper, I hope he makes the actual team this year instead of practice squad, I think he will be a great extra option for Flacco

I think that whoever the qb's are Joe or troy or whomever Ozzie brings in...Needs to get a feel of their receiving squad early so that we have high expectations for them to win games on their own besides relying on Ed Reed, Ayanbadajio, Bart Scott, Suggs, Lewis, T Pryce, Ngata, JJ and Bannon, leonard, Samari and the rest of the gang.....

I think Harper would have beat out Yamon if he was healthy. I wonder why Wheelwright didn't get an opportunity though. He is probably the biggest receiver on the team and the team missed that physical presence at receiver at the end of the year.
