No, but the city is more then likely generating revenue from it....I mean what do you think the property tax would be on that thing....Or even the cost to get the house up to code... Also Land and building permits...

Who gets the money then? You honestly think that the Politicians will use it as a benefit to the general population? Or will it find itself unaccounted for? Maybe thats why its such an impoverished city already. Like you said "the city" gains revenue, meaning the politicians have more money to spend on the wrong things. Look my point is; its very annoying when these Ultra rich people spend ridiculous amounts of money just to prove their separation from the general population. In the wake of it all are those people celebritising their every move. We always seem to idolize the wrong people.
