What Was Your Favorite Boller Moment?
I love me some Boller. Don't know why but it was kinda fun saying Oh no not boller when he was warming up. He gave it his all and is one tough ******.

I def see him going to another city, maybe Detroit, and putting up some good numbers. Boller #7 on his jersey, #2 in our hearts. lol
I agree. I have no ill will towards him.

And you're right, it was sort of like an in-joke, to see him warming up on the sidelines. It's sort of like, to paraphrase a clich
This is a little rude. Kyle is a HELL of a QB, maybe if we hadn't throw him to the wolves he would have played better for us. The fact is that he enjoyed being here. He played for us produly through all the booing and hate he received from the majority of the fans. He was behind a weak offensive line who almost let him get sacked as much as ben does. Good luck to Kyle wherever he may go from here. I have NOTHING and I mean NOTHING but 100% respect for him.
Sorry, not intending for it to be rude, offensive, bashing or anything else.

And honestly, I respect the hell out of the guy for the way he has handled everything, and for never giving up on himself.

But let's be honest; as an NFL QB, he just flat out sux. Flacco was also thrown to the wolves, more so than Kyle was, and he's already better than Kyle has ever been.

So once again, I hope everyone takes this for what it is; just a silly remembrance of the less glorious days of our franchise.

i worked in that arena, and know a little inside info and that wouldn't surprise me one bit. I know of many stories just like that one. But the difference is all the stories I hear about Flacco is studying tape and all the stories I heard about Boller was of this nature.
far too many classles post in this thread.

Like him or not he was a RAVEN.

Good looking out for your own guys...
Cmon now, there's no difference between looking back at his career now and laughing/cussing about it from when he was still starting for us and laughing/cussing about it.
And if you were a Ravens fan back then, then you WERE cussing him out.

wow...
I mean, I'm not hating, Kyle's a good looking dude and can probably pull chicks as he pleases.
But really, you have to do better than that. What kind of woman does he expect to attract talking like that? Well, nevermind, I won't go there....
All I'm saying is I thought Kyle was a little different than that. :(

Didn't Flacco just throw a game-losing interception returned for a touchdown last week in the AFC Championship game?

I think it's a bit premature to go on about how much better off we are now. I've yet to see Flacco have a performance even close to some of Boller's best games.

Now that doesn't mean I don't think Flacco will be a better quarterback, but he hasn't proven anything yet to warrant a Boller bashing thread.

Also Flacco's deep balls are almost always overthrows. It's frustrating to watch, and I hope his accuracy improves.

blah blah blah.... How many times did Kyle Boller even take us to the playoffs? Huh? Whats that? Oh yeah, ZERO! And don't tell me it was all the defense. This wasn't the 2000 defense. That defense didn't bend an inch. This one needed some offensive production at many different times through the season. And for the most part, it showed up when it needed to.

Kyle had two great games in the 4 years that he played (not including this year considering he never saw the football field). The first was against a really bad Green Bay Packers team. The second against the New England Patriots. But from what I can remember the New England game was in Kyles 4th year as a QB. You would think he would have learned something by then, wouldn't you? I think its pretty damn sad that in 4 years that we can only remember a few good games that the guy had.

Not to mention that in 2006, we pretty much gave up on the guy. Why bring Steve McNair in if you still thought Kyle could be the future QB of this team?

We lost the AFC Championship game. When's the last time you could say that? The last time we were there was 8 years ago. Christ, it's been 7 years since we last won a playoff game for that matter.

We gave up the house to get Boller and it never panned out. We literally lost out an entire draft year due to trading away picks to get this guy. Ozzie didn't want him, Billick insisted, and we all lost out.

Flacco's deep balls are almost always overthrows? Are you kidding me? Did you watch any of the games this season? Let me give you a little info. Joe Flacco was one of the most accurate passers in plays that consisted of 20+ yards this season. Some of the "so called experts" are calling him one of the best "deep ball" passers in the game. AS A ROOKIE!

I'm starting to wonder if anybody here knows how to read. I've said three times already this is not a Boller bashing thread.

Even if it were, Boller would deserve it.

And Flacco's rookie season was better than any season Boller has blessed us with. Look it up.

LMAO, My ex g/f is a Baltimore Blast Cheerleader. Boller asked her to come back to his place and give him oral pleasure but in very different words after one of the games. She called him a bum and spit on him lol

Hm, Ive actually meant Kyle boller 2 times. Once at training camp where he was VERY nice to my 5 year old gave him a high five and asked for my phone number. I didnt give it to him but later he showed up at the sports bar/grille I was working at. He left me a $50 tip on a $20 tab. He asked for my number agian and I told him I had a boyfriend, to which he replied. Well tell your boyfriend he's a really lucky guy. Doesn't sound like a jerk to me. EDIT OUT?.. I've heard all these stories too but both of my incounters with him have been decent.. with no sexual talk whatsoever... But what does that have to do with him as a football player?

kyle boller was actually a decent QB. he could have turned out pretty good if it wasnt for the injuries and bad o-line. it also probly didnt help that the best reciever he had to throw to was clayton since he didnt get to play with mason much and the ravens have always been run first. his stats werent that bad.

I wouldn't be surprised if one day we faced another team that has Boller as their starting QB. He might thrive in a different system with different coaches. That would be a strange feeling.

In Madden 04, I used him once and had 4 TDs, no picks, and like 100 rushing yards....that's all I can think of

I agree to some extent. I think Boller had/has alot of true potential. Brian is just an idiot when it comes to QB's Mr."trust me i know quarterbacks". He fed him to the lions and ruined him. Kyle has been nothing but a true professional the whole time he has been here. Unlike pretty much everyone we had but on IR, Kyle came to the games and rooted so hard for the team, often being first to meet players as they came off the field to give them a pat and words of encouragement. I wish somehow he could come back as a backup, and with Cam here I know he could really develop. I hope he gets another shot with a team who has a legit coach for him to learn from. He could be a quality QB if he actually has time to drop back and set his set, something he never had in his time here in Baltimore. I may be in the minority, but I will miss Kyle.

You really said it all man. I liked Boller alot and I feel he was getting ready to explode with Cam here, now we will never know. I remember he was outperforming Smith and Flacco in TC, just a thought
