I'm not sure what discussions you and I have had, but I can assure that I didn't initiate any trash talking. In any event, I'm willing to let it go if you are (and kash96ravenstotalfan is).

I have not seen SteelersProphet or The Warden do or say anything on the thread that would piss anyone off that bad. (And I had a name before this one for all of last year). Personally I appreciate their input, it's good to hear what the enemy thinks as well, and they always bring respect.
I would like to congratulate you guys on an outstanding season and a remarkable turn around made possible by your Rookie HC, your Rookie QB and most of all your top-notch defense!!!

Please don't be down too much on this loss. I know it hurts, but you all have a lot to be proud of and even more to look forward to. Let me be the first Steelers fan to admit that the 2009 Baltimore Ravens scare the crap out of me. But, I wouldn't have it any other way. Last night, we showed the rest of the Country how we play ball in the AFC North. It's new to them, but old hat to us all.

I'd have posted this sooner but I just got back home from the game about an hour ago.

Again, you guys are great! So keep your chins up!

Glad to see that some Steelers fans are listenable... since you seem to be a level head guy what do you think was the deal with the McGahee shot? cheap or not? I think it was but many Steelers fans do not

mostly because their Steeler fans lol

It looked to me like Ryan Clark was going to put his shoulder right in McGahee's chest (or on the ball) and McGahee's natural reaction was to get low too. I think both guys did what they should and it resulted in both of them getting the crap knocked out of them. If you look, the forward crown of McGahee's helmet lands in the temple area of Clarks. Thus, Clark gets the minor consussion and Mcgahee jams his neck. I doubt either of them intended for that to happen. Just one of those things in my opinion.

I think that we read posts a lot of times without noticing explicitly who is doing the writing and that causes us to bunch together remarks that shouldn't be bunched together. Not all Steelers fans that visited here were trash-talking - before or after the game. Generalizations can cause prejudices and making a generalization that all Steeler fans are like the jerks isn't fair to the ones that aren't.

Sounds like a fair and non-biased observation.
I had been saying that all last week. Not over looking the Cards, but that game was finesse. Ours was a war.
Yaw'll one that battle but the war will continue, good luck in the bowl and ok I guess I hope Ward recovers and plays ahhh I might need to jump down the stairs for saying that. Anyhow till next season good game.

Exactly right, was just one of those things that happen when you play the game the way these two teams do.

Why are we still debating this?

I'm willing to let it go. Guess I still had a bad taste in my mouth about our loss to you for the 3rd time this season.
