I would like to congratulate you guys on an outstanding season and a remarkable turn around made possible by your Rookie HC, your Rookie QB and most of all your top-notch defense!!!

Please don't be down too much on this loss. I know it hurts, but you all have a lot to be proud of and even more to look forward to. Let me be the first Steelers fan to admit that the 2009 Baltimore Ravens scare the crap out of me. But, I wouldn't have it any other way. Last night, we showed the rest of the Country how we play ball in the AFC North. It's new to them, but old hat to us all.

I'd have posted this sooner but I just got back home from the game about an hour ago.

Again, you guys are great! So keep your chins up!

I said just about the same thing one week before this game. I'm so proud to be a Raven-Steeler half-breed. I'm sure many football fans of other teams around the country are looking at the Ravens and the Steelers and saying to themselves: "Jeez, why can't we have teams like these two?"

You can suffer through another "almost" season with the Orioles, and just when they take that late August/September nosedive playing all the contenders, you can switch on the Ravens pre and early season games. And don't forget the draft, minicamps, etc. All is not lost friend!

Good point! The Draft and the anticipation/hype leading up to it is almost as fun as the game itself, and the Ohh's usually keep it interesting until around preseason. I guess it could be worse. I could be a Bungles fan, their offseason usually starts in late October, lol...

Thanks! I think we are all proud of how the Ravens did this season. Even though we may be a bit saddened, the Ravens went much further than many of us thought they would before the season started. Also, I think we can see a bright future.

The Steelers were the better team this year. Congratulations to ya!

Next year, we hope to shift the tide back to us. But, either way, it promises to be interesting again.

Relax kash96ravenstotalfan. The thread title [u]clearly[/u] stated: to "My Baltimore Friends." If you dont feel that it pertains to you, then it doesn't.
I respect many of the fans on this site enough to offer a very sportsman-like "good game" after a tough fight. Simple as that.
No one in this thread is gloating. Should it turn into that sort of garbage then the mods will close it and they will have my blessing. Cool?
