What To Look Forward To...

9 posts in this topic

1. I guess losing in the conferance championship means that Harbaugh and his staff get to caoch the Pro Bowl. yay...
my only question is if Rex is with another team (*sob*) then will he coach with us? And at least there are plenty of Ravens playing in that game. So a lot of our players with our coaching staff makes it almost look like another game for the ravens :D

2. Free Agency is comming up, and with every closed door, one is opened. I mean that like we may lose some people that we don't wan to, but we may find the next Bart Scott or Jim Leahnord. Free agency is always exciting.

3. my favorite part of the year, the draft. I love it.

4. just shaping up our team, with the coaching staff and whatnot.

still plenty to look forward to, so lets all cheer for the cardinals and wait for the probowl...

I agree, we had a great season and we know Flacco will only get better. I just hope we address some of our offensive issues and get 1 or 2 receivers. Derrick Mason is good, but he is old, and isn't getting any younger. Harbaugh is a solid coach, and has a great season's experience under his belt. Losing Rex will hurt, and I hope we can get a solid defensive coordinator to replace him. We all know all defensive coordinators would love to have a chance to come coach this defense. We have a lot of issues to address with all of our free agents, and lets hope the Oz can make the best of it, and work his magic.

I am disappointed, but you are right, we have a lot to look forward to.

We have no reason to be disappointed, we mad it further than 28 other teams.

I to believe we have a lot of positive ahead of us. We can one game and two wins short of the big one. Big One will be up for grabs each year.

I am very excited about this team. There are numerous building blocks for the future and I see this team becoming a consistent threat to make the play-offs for years. I'm a little worried about free agency but the draft is very exciting.

agree very good season this was a full TEAM effort i think while harbs and crew will be at the pro bowl they may try and do some recruiting with some soon to be free agents..but hey this season was something to look forward to in the future we have lots of young players that made big impacts this season so we have a lot to look forward to with this team sad we are losing rex but he has been well derserving to be a head coach for awhile im glad for him and hope he has sucess in his head coaching journey

The only reason I'm even a little disappointed is because we lost to the Steelers. If we had lost to any other team I wouldn't be upset at all. It was a great season just the fact that it ended in Pittsburg is what makes it sting.

Can't wait for the draft though. I'm anxious to watch Newsome work his magic again.

Things Im looking forward to:

-Haloti Ngata will be a force in the middle for years to come!

-Getting some of our key players back after a offseason to recover

-A Solid run game
*FB/RB Laron McClain is a BRUISER
*Willis gets a surgery free (I hope) offseason to recover - prayers are with him after that devastating hit
*Ray Rice lil scatback nice change of pace

- O-line one year older, one year more experienced, one more year to gel and solidify

-Great coaching staff (minus Rex who will be greatly missed)

- JOE FLACCO!!!

-Optimistic about some of our wideouts (out of DWill, Marcus Smith, Ernie Wheelright, and Justin Harper we gotta have at least one solid guy right?)

-FA market (hopefully some nice little splashes here and there, nothing big but just enough bulk up our weak links)

and.....

THE DRAFT!!!! countdown starts now lol
