Well Done

I just want to say well done and thank you to everyone who has contributed on this part of the forum over the last few months. I know this is the best I've ever felt in terms of preparedness going into a draft and I suspect it was similar for many of you guys too. So I just thought I'd say well done for some of the rumours that we quashed, some of the players that we got behind, and that while we played favourites a lot, we've seen enough prospects and enough film as a group that we've been able to understand what the front office has done even though it disappointed some.

This process is always a lot more fun when everyone's informed and when there are real intelligent debates over things seen on tape. So now that the draft is in the books I'm going to feel a little down despite being pretty happy with the overall formation of our class.

My time as a Ravens fan has certainly been a lot more enjoyable when I've had everybody on this forum to share it with and discuss things with. Looking forward to it continuing on another forum.

I learned a lot by reading here. I've been inspired by everyone here to want to watch film on potential fits for the Ravens, and I really appreciate the time that everyone takes to inform the more clueless posters, like myself, about the draft prospects. Words can't describe how much fun and time I've put into reading all of the discussions in what is by far my favorite part of the boards.

Without doubt, my favorite time on these boards is during draft season. Exchanging player scouting reports and insights on little-known prospects. Discussions and debates about who the Ravens should take and how they would fit, etc.

A nice group of fellow draft weirdos. Thanks everybody.

I've never heard of that Mason reference. The only thing that came to mind were nike X-trainers

It was some inside training camp video, just players goofing off and stuff. It was a one time thing and it stuck with me

Also, if y'all just want a forum full of intelligent people to discuss draft prospects, I recommend Walterfootball's forum. A lot of the people there seem pretty knowledgeable. I've honestly learned quite a bit about x's and o's just by observing the conversations that go on there sometimes. Plus there's a few Ravens fans there. And there's a couple Steelers and Browns fans there who are not obnoxious homers, surprisingly enough, which helps keep me abreast of how our division foes are doing roster-wise.

And I'm not talking about the conversations that occur beneath Walt's terrible articles, I'm talking about the actual forum
