What all this talk about Boldin? Has any player ever left the team and come back to played? Just can't see that. John H is not that kind of guy.

It gets brought up because other then Wallace we do not have a legitimate WR on the roster.

I'm glad we still have CJ Mosley been rockin my #57 for the draft! Ozzie and Co. helped the Offense in this draft big time since Joe isn't cutting it! All Joe has to do now is get in FG position and let Justin Tucker fire away and the Defense will handle the rest like the good old days! Ya know if the Offense gets 6 pts the Defense will hold the other team to 3pts! Lol! "The Ravens have the weaponry it's the QB that is suspect" ! Can't get new toys on Offense if you don't play with the ones you have already! Lol

This defensive focus in 2017 will keep the Baltimore defensive flame burning bright for a very long time. In recent years since Harbaugh took over, it was beginning to flicker because the Ravens were caught up in an identity crisis. Now, they've looked themselves long and hard in the mirror and realized they need their old mojo back and they began the process with the first 4 picks! Loved it.

That isn't happening in my view.

And on a rally weird note.... Jersey #81 just became available. It really doesn't mean much, but some might be able to draw conclusions from it.

probably not, but it's a fun thought..

Exactly the type of tough possession receiver we need, but not sure he'd want to come back after the way he was kicked to the curb after the SB season and I suspect there was some friction between his leadership style and that of Harbs.

All I know right now is we cannot beat New England with this offense. The defense Ozzie building can hold them off but for how long?

Says who? No one thought we had a replacement for D Smith last year and then Orr stepped up big time. I am comfortable with Wallace, Perriman, Campanero, Moore. You have to play the guys you have sometimes. I'm sure Ozzie will also bring in a vet at some point just in case. Joe needs to be practicing with these guys now. Like right now if he wants to establish a connection with them. Something I feel he rarely does since starting his family.

Think Ravens will be able to afford him after the 5th year?

Am I right in saying we'll have a fair bit of cap space this time next year? Wouldn't surprise me if we tried to get something sorted out going into the final year of his current contract.

We can beat the pats with this Offense instead of trying to go to the WRs the Ravens "HAVE TO" go to their TEs to get the Offense rolling! The pats are doing it with gronk and the Ravens can do it also by using the WRs as decoys and hit teams up with our arsenal of TEs it's those mismatches that will get huge yardage down field and the WRs get big yards as well as the game goes on! OC needs to be in the booth not on the field!

I'm happy with the picks and really hope the B-more defense turns into a total monster ala the 2000 season. But part of the reason for the 4 defensive picks was simply because the offensive guys they wanted weren't there for them. And Ozzie did the right thing by picking the best available rather than stretching for an offensive player that wasn't worth that particular pick. As far as receivers, Watson has to become a go-to, sure-handed guy for Flacco. Pitta already is, but we need another because 1) SSS is gone, and 2) we have great depth and talent at TE. But I would be very excited if they could somehow bring back Anquan or someone similar. Ozzie certainly isn't finished yet . . . .

I'll be the first to say, I'd prefer Cj as a #2 mlb, behind a much more violent heavy hitting MLB. Only problem is he's the best mlb we have right now, and we do not have any hard hitting MLB's for the most part.

Still glad we picked up the option
