guys you do realize that 80% of all these players will be either average role players or out of the league? Lets just see how well the coaching staff helps develop the guys we have drafted.

You do realize 65% of the league is filled with players drafted 3rd round or later

You are not going to pay 20M a year for a backup and he cant really be cut until that time so not really.  Plus anyone with eyes can tell you especially in the second half of the year Joe was not even in the top 5 of problems with the offense.
