A couple more DBs wouldn't hurt either; preferably from Bama

We got the Michigan connection too. We can double dip.

Might need somebody off the street to snap the ball at some point

As long as he can play special teams.

i thought we were gonna use 1st rnd pick to trade down and add more picks in later rounds. just 3 picks day 3 is a little disappointing.

I mean how many did the team have last year? And to be honest I'm already seeing a huge drop off in talent.

Ozzie did allude to the possibility of trading down in the 4th.

Just going to put a couple of things out there: carl lawson and Desmond king are both still out there - as are some of the oline guys like Asiata, both johnsons, eluemunor - I also feel like kaaya and peterman might go this round given what just happened with beathard

i really think that oline starts to become good value at our pick in the 4th round unless a great talent like king or lawson drop and lest we forget there are also great talents who are undraftable by the Ravens like Dede Westbrook and devonte fields to maybe take up crucial picks ahead of us somewhere

Personally, my guy is eluemunor although he may well not be BPA at the 4th round pick

also keion Adams is a guy to watch day 3 who might surprise some...

There's one very good available, safety Eddie Jackson. I'm not religious but I will pray we take him with our 1st pick day 3.

Now that it's day 3, I wouldn't mind

RT R.Johnson FSU.

OG D.Johnson Pitt

WR Josh Malpne, Malachi Dupre, Josh Reynolds or Isiah Ford (who tested poorly ).

Other favorites of mine that may not fit the need category anymore :

CB Corn Elder

S Eddie Jackson

Undrafted pick

If Speedy Noil goes undrafted, he'd be an interesting pick up, never lived up to potential at Texas A&M but he could be a dynamic returner, maybe a few slot plays. Not much risk with him as undrafted signee.

Go to bama again and get the next ed reed.

Eddie Jackson!

Please tell me this is a joke. He will be a decent NFL backup, maybe a good returner, but nothing more.

Define very good...because our definitions must be very different. He is overhyped.

Here's hoping we can find another Alex Lewis on day 3... and then a 3rd Alex Lewis to play center (since Harbaugh said he's so versatile he could do that, lol, yeah right). OL, WR, Safety depth, receiving TE, ILB... all areas to address.

Mini-big board for day 3:

I loved Malachi Dupre at LSU. He's seriously underrated due to their terrible OC and QB situation. Kid can make tough catches and get open. Stringefellow has the physical attributes to be a big, tough possession receiver, though he seriously lacks speed.

Carl Lawson might be a decent edge LB, although I kind of doubt we draft a 3rd edge LB (plus he may not even be on our board for medical reasons).

Jake Butt could sit on IR for a year and then seriously compete as a starting TE for 2018 (this might work well since then we wouldn't have to release any TEs this year). Bucky Hodges could be a serious redzone threat at TE.

Desmond King could be a good developmental FS or depth S/CB. Nate Gerry impressed me last year with his instincts, could be a good overall safety.

Oh, and since we need a P/K returner, let me throw Will Likely's name into the mix as a UDFA returner and nickle corner.

Great instincts and nose for the ball and better hands than most WRs (he was one before Saban turned him into DB). Range to cover over the top and in the middle. Deadly returner. Improved a lot in physical part of the game / tackling. Lines up secondary. Team captain.

He is a good returner. However he was fortunate enough to play with a dominate front 7 and which made his life very easy. I wouldn't say great instincts, id say average. Numerous interceptions of his were handed right to him due to terrible throws (thanks to the front 7). Loses track of his coverage responsibilities as he tries too hard anticipating the QB. Still needs improvement in the physical part of his game. Its really just one of those situations where the surrounding cast makes the player look so much better than he really is.

@allblackraven If you want to see incredible instincts watch Lorenzo Jerome. Ridiculous ball skills. The knock on him is he is from a small school and a little small, but he played great at the senior bowl and NFLPA game. He is also a great kick returner.

We NEED to draft a returner, OL and WR today. Defense is good but it's not single handedly carry us through multiple games like 2000. Plus didn't our QB tear his ACL like 2 seasons ago? You'd think OL would be priority #1.
