Hard to say because Rivers has a ton of athletic potential.  I feel like he's more of a 3rd round pick, so I think he fits at our first 3rd round pick, but I am a bit reluctant to go for him right here.  That said, he's got scary potential.

Lets be honest I think the Ravens might have the deepest secondary in football now which is good because they all have an injury history except for Carr.

I think he will start on th outside in nickle formations yes. Possibly full time by end of season.

I don't know about anyone else, but I hope Ozzie has his choice of Tim Williams, Jordan Willis, Tyvus Bowser, and Derek Rivers.  I want him to pick the guy he likes the best.  I want no excuses if he misses on the prospect and I want him to get his top choice of the group.  I'm hoping they're all there and let Ozzie get the guy he wants.
