Don't know why everyone thinks this. I think Davis and Ross are way better fits for Tennessee. The receivers they have already are those posession type guys. They lost Wright and will likely want to replace that in their offense especially since they are run first. If they go receiver I think Davis and Ross would be better fits for them.

A couple more teams in front of us are looking at WR also. It's not just the Titans.

So latest steam seems to be on Reddick, Foster, Davis, and lamp. Id be happy with any of them

But which would you pick if all were there, or at least all except Foster. I'd be so torn between Reddick, Davis and Lamp.

I think Reddick's value will be based on how he is utilized. ILB on 1st and 2nd and bring him on the edge on third would be best, which we could rush him or drop him back to mix up coverages.

I think Flacco does best with a great Offensive line, so Lamp could help make that happen, yet, I am not sure where they will actually play him.

As much as I am opposed to us taking a WR--mainly because of the Drafted WR curse--Corey Davis seems special and I think he bring a very impressive slate of positives that will help him excel at the next level. Flacco needs a legit play maker that he can trust to get open down field consistently and will have high YAC.

I'll be happiest @ 16 with

Corey Davis

Forrest Lamp

Derek Barnett

Will be happy with

Hassan Reddick

Rueben Foster

Mike Williams

any other scenario would involve a considerable trade down and stocking up picks including a second rounder.

So just to summarize various rumors I've heard..

Matt Miller from BR says we're leaning pass-rusher in the first; OL in the later rounds

A Rumor by Matt Miller suggests Ozzie wants to build an elite OL like the Cowboys.

Charlie Campbell has projected us to take RT/LG (probably LG) Cam Robinson for like a month now because our scouts were supposedly very interested in him (quite possible, given the Bama connection)

Tony Pauline is saying we're very interested in Cam Robinson, although EDGE Takk McKinley is also an interest in a trade-down scenario.

LG/C Forest Lamp's agent made an ominous tweet about being drafted by the Ravens. Again, a pretty meaningless rumor. Also some guy named Chad Forbes at "Draft Bites" said one of our OL coaches really liked Lamp. Hensley slotted us Lamp in some recent ESPN mock where they ask all of the local reporters to make picks.

Jeff Zrebiec‏: "If Reddick or Foster falls, I say one of them. If both are gone, I think they'll choose between Corey Davis and Forrest Lamp."

Aaron Wilson: "Ravens have considerable interest in Western Michigan WR Corey Davis, per league sources, one of their stronger options at current slot."

WR Corey Davis also made a tweet about he and the Ravens having a good interview at his private meeting, for whatever that's worth (very little).

There is a reason these are the names your hearing. Ravens would never ever leak who they actually want. Just be prepared that all 4 are on the board and we go elsewhere

My money is on OJ Howard and Cam Robinson. Possibly Ryan Ramzcyk, but Ozzie will go Bama. I'd like 2/3.

then again. I am broke for good reason so I shouldn't be putting money anywhere

Players I would LOVE at 16:

Derek Barnett- my favorite player for us. Instant pass rushing upgrad

Hasoon Reddick- Modern day defensive player. See above. Jamie Collins type of an impact.

Forrest Lamp- Another JC Tretter. Could slot him to play at C, LG, or possibly RT if we are desperate. But his best fit is the interior.

Players I'd really like

Rueban Foster- STUD. I know ILB isn't as important when you already have a good one, but he'd make the middle of the field virtually impossible to run against/throw into.

Mike Williams- I think Davis is a better fit for the team short term, but that Williams has a larger ceiling. Not quite as good as AJ Green, but similar impact.

Corey Davis- See above. Except more fluid. #1 WR at the NFL level from day one

Ryan Ramcyzk- I'd hate slotting Lewis at G(I'm starting to think that he's been overrated by the fanbase. He really wasn't that good), but Ramcyzk is a potential pro bowl on the right side of the line.

"Meh"

Marlon Humphrey- I don't think he's as good as others do on here. But I wouldn't hate him.

John Ross- Good player, injuries scare me though.

OJ Howard/David Njoku- Hell of a player, but given that we've invested a lot in recent years at TE I'd be slightly dissapointed if we went TE in the first. That said, I think these two are future studs so I wouldn't be mad.

Players I'd hate

Malik McDowell- Worst pick we could make. Overrated. Physical gifts are there, but he's not a good football player. Would make the Jernigan trade even worse.

Cam Robinson- No doubt in my mind that we are drafting this guy today sadly. He's a lousy fit at tackle, good fit at guard, but since the team (foolishly) sees Lewis as a guard, he'd play tackle. I'd feel awful for Joe if we drafted him. And I have 0 doubts in my mind we will.

Dalvin Cook- No chance we draft him due to character concerns. I think he's a future superstar, but given what he did to a dog, Hell no.

Overall. I'd like most of the prospects that are likely to be there. However, we have to PRAY that the Colts take Robinson and save us from ourselves.

So, looking at ravens FO smokescreens: in 2015 Bisciotti "said that the team wants to take a corner in the first, spend an early pick on a pass rusher, and get a tight end and wide receiver in the third or fourth round.  He backed Harbaugh’s assessment that the team doesn’t see wide receiver as an urgent need." (infact we were, according to many "sources" very high on Jalen Collins and Byron Jones. We ended up with a WR.
Last year they made clear we needed a playmaker. Which means either an offensive weapon or D turnover machine/leader. We got what looked to be "only" a top 3 LT.

Not saying we will do exactly the opposite of what we´ve been claiming, but it could be it again.

What´s a position we are currently set at? TE? Have to start to watch some Njoku tapes... jeez I´m getting hysterical.

For everyone thinking they've nailed down the Ravens options, please take a step back and think about that.  Rumors are just that, rumors.  This is the most unpredictable draft I've ever seen and I think it's hard enough to nail down 5 options for a team at 9, let alone 16.

Yep, I am convinced the Cardinals are taking a WR. Where another one goes is a complete mystery to me. I think Davis and Williams will be off the board by the time we are up. Basically the guys that I'd like will be gone. Williams, Davis and Barnett.

We will end up taking Foster, Lamp or Robinson and I'll be upset.

You can't be upset if they're taken before us. That would be upsetting and them being on the board still and we pass em up for a lamp or cam. I would feel some type of way

The level of stupidity in their FO will be unquestioned if they take Trubisky at 1 over MG.

It will really ruin the night becaue if the Browns do that, it basically takes all the fun out of the top half of the draft. He's one or may be the only true trade up target being talked about.

I'd be upset with it jUst because foster seems like a legit knucklehead who's bound to be trouble. He's an undeniable talent who would be a welcomed addition, but then again he wouldn't be available to us if he wasn't such a character and concussion risk

His interview on ESPN the other day did rub me the wrong way. struck me as a guy who is hiding some things and once he gets signed he just won't give a damn anymore. Could be totally off base-  he just didn't pass the smell test for me and something was off with the attitude.

Won't ruin the night for anyone but Browns fans. What's more entertaining than seeing the Browns fail.

Somewhat good news for Conley, it seems.  Still missing out on a ton of money but not as bad as it could be.  Strong indications that a lot of teams believe the accusations are completely false.

Well yeah I agree it is fun watching them fail year after year. I meant more so in terms of fireworks happening during the draft.

The damage has been done it seems, it's cost him a boat load of money which seems to be the main objective of the bogus claims.

It seems to me that all fans here will be most excited about picking Corey Davis. However, I think he may not be there. I would however prefer a Jonathan Allen or a Rueben Foster slipping to us!

If it truly is a bogus claim, he should waste no time in suing that female. She has cost him $10's of millions.

You do realize that if those guys slip to us, that means there are issues, correct?  Allen's shoulders are apparently pretty bad and we all know the issues with Foster.  If they're at 16, there's a reason, and I don't see any good reasons for them to be there.

my guess is, if the accusation is bogus, that the goal was even if she cant get criminal charges on him (which she prob doesnt care as much about) that she'll be able to sue in civil court and get him to quietly settle out of court to avoid the publicity. because i have to imagine even if he didnt do anything illegal there are probably some embarrassing details in the story that his camp wont want to come out.
