I think I'd cheer for the refs to just close the game if had to cheer for the deadskins vrs. squeelers.

Actually that's not true I think I cheered for them last year when they were the underdogs.
I cheered for them last year when Sean Taylor died. But I'd never do it again just because of their fans. Unless, they were playing the Steelers.
Borderline foolish! If we did this with a rookie QB, rookie HC, and 16 guys on the IR (among them McAlister, Gregg and Landry), how much better are we going to be after a full year in the NFL for the rookies and a healthy team?

And that's not even factoring in the guys we pick up in the Draft/Free Agency. Keep your head up man, next year will be even better than this year.
Right, but this year it seemed as if everything went our way outside of the injuries. Brady was knocked out, and the Pats at 11-5 weren't in the playoffs, the Giants dropped off out of nowhere, Peyton was knocked out..I hope that next year will be our year, I just can't help but think that as hard as this year was we had A LOT of breaks go our way, right up into the AFCCG. Will we get these same breaks next year? I surely hope so.

I still can't let go, and it's been a few hours now.

I've watched that hit on McGahee over, and over, and over again. And I got choked up talking to my parents about the hit just now, after they were asking for an update on his health.

More than the loss, that hit hurts the most. Because it was unnecessary. With the lead, Clark didn't need to go for the big hit. He didn't need to lower his shoulder. I know they tell you to play hard for all 60 minutes and he's conditioned to do whatever it takes, but you also recognize as an athlete that there are times when you tone it down. He didn't need to try to level McGahee. Watching the hit, he knew fully well that he was going to blow up McGahee; he may not have expected his helmet to make contact, but in lowering his shoulder, the chances of it happening were much higher than if he had simply wrapped him up.

Yes, when you tackle, you have to get low to even get in the process of wrapping up. I understand that. But, at the angle that Clark was trying to hit McGahee, there was no intent to wrap up; he was going for the big hit, plain and simple. He wanted to make the Sportscenter highlight reel.

And instead, Clark ended up feeling woozy, while McGahee ended up on a stretcher and in a hospital bed for overnight observation.

That's not being tough. That's not being a man. That's not football. That's just plain stupid.

I've decided, I'm done with this "rivalry." I'm detaching myself from it as much as possible. I don't care about the trash talk, I don't care about the colors, I don't care about the other fans. We, as fans, can do nothing about what happens on the field. But, we invest so much of ourselves emotionally in these athletes, that we forget that they're people, too.

I saw a man that I don't even know personally, laying on the field, motionless. And yet, I cared so much for his well-being, that I forgot for a moment that this was supposed to be a kid's game. That this was supposed to be fun. That moment sucked the "fun" out of this rivalry for me. That moment reminded me of how much some people take things too far.

That moment was like adding insult to (emotional) injury.
Ravens never should have been in this game this weekend in all honesty ....

Titans were the better team last year ... so its only right that the Ravens lost today ..
If the Titans were the better team, THEY would have been playing today and not the Ravens. So you can stick it......(deleted)!!!

Don't get so cocky Steelers Fans...the Arizona Cardinals might have a shot at beating you...they manhandled Philly today and I totally did not expect that!!!

"Pride goeth before the fall", so you better suck it up and get serious about the Cardinals!!!
